I always return for weekends at this amazing place. The first time, the staff kindly provided me with a bottle of water at night. It suits me perfectly and has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar, and fitness studio. Everything is just right.

The staff at the world-famous 1919 speakeasy were extremely attentive and made me feel like a VIP with their impeccable service.

There was a lingering unpleasant smell on the fourth floor near the pool area, resembling an old fish market.

Riverwalk Plaza was a disappointment. The overpriced breakfast and the poor service left a sour taste in my mouth. My husband's order was overcharged, and despite raising the issue with the waitress, we were only partially reimbursed. We were also charged for items we had inquired about before purchasing. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room setup was ideal for my needs, and the WiFi speed was superb. I appreciated the security measures in place and found the staff to be accommodating and helpful. The availability of a pool and easy access to the river walk and area's attractions were also major highlights.
