Upon arrival, we had an issue with the bathtub not draining, but maintenance quickly came and fixed it. The location was great, just a short walk to the main attractions. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

I recently stayed at Riverwalk Plaza for a work trip. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing me to easily access the main restaurants on the river walk within a 10-minute walk. The lobby is stunning and creates a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel offers a coffee shop, restaurant, and bar, providing great convenience. The room setup was ideal for my needs, and the WiFi speed was superb. I appreciated the security measures in place and found the staff to be accommodating and helpful. The availability of a pool and easy access to the river walk and area's attractions were also major highlights.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location was perfect for us as it was on a quiet side of the Riverwalk but still within an easy walk to all the busy areas. Everything we needed was very convenient. The staff was friendly and always willing to help us out with any special requests. In addition, the room amenities were wonderful, featuring ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and more. And to top it all off, the dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were fantastic!

Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

This hotel is conveniently located just off the Riverwalk, making it a great base for exploring the attractions and restaurants in the area. This hotel is located right by the riverwalk, which made it very convenient for us to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, especially the ones with a balcony. The staff is very attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcome. We also enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the morning.
