This hotel is in an excellent location, with easy access to the DCU center and close to many attractions and restaurants. The rooms with balconies are a plus, giving a nice view of the area. The staff provided good service and attention to detail during our stay.

Our towels were not replaced daily.

The bartender Victoria was amazing! She gave us great suggestions on what to do in Worcester and made an amazing cucumber gin and tonic. Can't wait to come back!

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The location was convenient, with free shuttles available to area attractions and it was close to everything. The room and bathroom were spotless and the service was top-notch, with friendly staff always available to help. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from. The lobby was welcoming and had a large sitting area with TV's and booths where we enjoyed having breakfast with family and friends.

The restaurant was a disappointment with chaotic service and the wrong order being brought to us.

My stay at Courtyard was amazing. I stayed for an emergency situation due to a power outage in my area. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the older woman bar tending. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel offered a free shuttle to a nearby center. The driver was outstanding and even waited for us to charge our phones before taking us back out. The rooms were clean and updated, with a bed that felt like a cloud. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, with fluffy eggs and the option to make my own waffle. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

I recently stayed at Courtyard in Worcester for an emergency situation. Our house lost electricity unexpectedly, and with twin babies and asthma, we needed a well-lit and comfortable place to stay. The staff and shuttle drivers at Courtyard were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made sure our entire party felt welcomed and taken care of during our stay. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, and the regular bartender provided excellent service and delicious bar food.
