the lobby area was comfortable, great for relaxation. the tv service was poor and unclear.

The Courtyard Worcester features a well-maintained lobby and a cozy bar with exceptional cocktails made by Jonathan. However, the rooms could benefit from updates, as mine felt dated and lacked soundproofing. Perfect for short stays with easy access to local attractions.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and plenty of outlets available. Blackout curtains were excellent, making it feel private and serene.

Despite renovations, the loud AC and bathroom vent were distracting. The elevators often caused inconvenience, being slow and out of order frequently.

Elevator issues are frustrating. many guests report one often out of service and the other is slow!!! Unpleasant smells in common areas detract from ambiance. Limited recreational facilities leave much to be desired!!!

My stay had some ups and downs. Victoria at the lobby bar was fantastic, making my evenings enjoyable and even offering complimentary drinks after a tough day. However, issues with the front desk, such as unresponsive staff and missing housekeeping, could have been improved.

The hotel's central location made it easy for us to access nearby restaurants and attractions. We loved hanging out at the bar, where Victoria, the best bartender I've ever met, made our evenings truly enjoyable with her friendly service and great drinks. Our room was spacious and had excellent amenities like a mini-fridge and microwave, which added a lot of convenience to our stay.

Parking was a bit frustrating. we had to find street parking instead of a dedicated lot.

Ope, gotta say, the staff was just so friendly! They helped me out with laundry, which really came in handy. Beds were cozy, perfect after a long day on the road. Restaurant nearby had some mighty fine dinners too, ya know? Can’t wait to come back next time. The sun loungers by the pool were a nice touch too!

We had a fun family time at the hotel! The girls loved the nearby park and we enjoyed sailing, which was the highlight for us. The staff were helpful and recommended several local spots, making our stay even more enjoyable.
