I really enjoyed my stay, especially since the hotel offered amazing views of the lake and had plenty to see in the area, which made my weekend city strolls so enjoyable and filled with memorable landmarks like the iconic London Bridge, just about a 2.5 km walk away from my room.

this resort has potential, but the air conditioner barely worked and was so loud that I couldn’t sleep. I expected complimentary snacks or a room upgrade for such inconveniences, but woudl ve been nice if they cared. the beds were hard, like sleeping on a rock—absolutely ridiculous! I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

During my stay, I faced quite a few challenges. The check-in process was unnecessarily delayed, taking over two hours due to limited housekeeping. This left me feeling frustrated as the lobby area was cramped, with only one staff member available to handle the influx of guests. To make matters worse, I experienced a ceiling leak in my room late at night, and despite calling the front desk for help, I was waiting for over an hour without resolution, which really soured my overall experience.
