The staff were incredibly helpful and efficient, from the friendly hotel desk staff to the outstanding shuttle crew. The bilingual male desk clerk was especially professional and gave us a clear understanding of our room invoice. The rate even included breakfast, which had a fair choice of options. We also appreciated the free shuttle service and the quiet zone on the fifth floor that met our requirements. the service, amenities, and comfort provided by this hotel were top-notch.

I had an incredible time staying at this hotel. My room was huge and super comfy, especially the bathroom. The food from room service was even better than the food I had in town. I ordered king prawn pasta and crab cakes, and both dishes were delicious. The quality of the food exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was amazing too, with the Chef's omelette being the best I've ever had. The shuttle bus service was a great convenience, and the drivers, Charles and C.J, were super friendly. I will definitely return to this hotel next time I visit. It's definitely worth it.
