The staff's helpfulness was outstanding. they were kind and informative, making the check-in smooth. Live jazz at night created a charming atmosphere, enhancing the stay significantly.

The pool area was somewhat neglected, with debris around and dirty floors detracting from the experience. Additionally, I encountered uncomfortably thin bedding, which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

The amenities were top-notch, especially the

fitness center with its daylight and the inviting pool. My favorite part was the Montpelier restaurant. the southern twists on traditional dishes were delightful. However, I did find the Wi-Fi a bit inconsistent during my stay.

We loved the spacious rooms, and the saltwater pool was a refreshing treat! The location was fantastic, with plenty of local restaurants just a short walk away, making dining a breeze after a busy day exploring the nearby national park.

The internet connection is abysmal!!! I couldn’t find a single hook for towels—how is that acceptable? The shower rack is pointless, and I had to go down to the lobby for a microwave. A laundry bag was missing too!!!

However, I noticed some issues with the bedding that could use improvement.

Right off the interstate, this hotel had a fresh air vibe. The lobby was welcoming, and the staff's quick check-in made it easy to settle in. I enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants, especially after a long day exploring the area.

A family trip for a university visit turned out to be quite enjoyable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the dining experience pleasant, especially with some tasty hamburgers on the menu. The pool hours were perfect for my kids after a long day, and having a connected garage was a lifesaver during unexpected rain. On the downside, I found the pillows not as comfortable as expected and had a minor issue with slow Wi-Fi. Overall, it was a comfortable experience that met my family's needs.

With 20 family members, we enjoyed the beautiful hotel and the delicious food. Each evening, we explored Harrisonburg, which is vibrant and welcoming. Fun theme evenings at the nearby park added to our trip’s excitement, making great memories together.

In my wife’s opinion, more kid-friendly activities would be great.
