The resort is a hidden gem set in beautiful parkland with tons of amenities. The Springhill café is a great spot on the lower level near the UPS store perfect for breakfast and snacks. The staff provides great service, and the ambiance is relaxing. You can get so close to city amenities and have luxury all around you. The beach, lazy river, and water slide, make for a fun day. The nightly s'mores are a must-do activity with the family.

Although some details could be improved, I don't think it is a deal-breaker.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with rooms that were spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with a lazy river where we could relax and enjoy frozen margaritas. The location was perfect, far enough away from the city to enjoy tranquility, yet close enough for affordable transportation via Uber. Moreover, the hotel offered a wide range of planned activities for the whole family, ensuring that there was never a dull moment. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was excellent, with delicious food and attentive staff who made sure our dining experience was exceptional.

This resort is incredibly kid-friendly with plenty of activities like bike riding, pool/waterslide, playground, and kids' movies. Camp Hyatt was a hit with my daughter and allowed us some much-needed relaxation. The entire compound is clean and staffed for kids' safety. There is something for all ages, making it a great choice for families. The rooms are also comfortable.

We spent a wonderful New Year's with amazing complementary facts like a champagne bottle and a delicious cake. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful nature and a great lazy river to relax. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The lazy river at Hyatt Regency was such a fun and unique experience! I loved floating up to the bar and grabbing a drink while enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. The spa was amazing too, with its own private pool, hot tub, and saunas. I'm definitely looking forward to another visit! I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic time at this venue! The location was perfect for our family, as it was conveniently close to Sea World and shops where we could pick up snacks for the kids. The water slides and flowrider were a hit with our teens, and they had so much fun. The hotel itself was lovely, with large wood-burning fireplaces that were very cozy when coming in from the cold and rain. The staff were genuine, personable, and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in our rooms and the amenities like the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and refrigerator.

The only thing that could be improved is the lack of in-room refrigerators and ice machines. However, we still highly recommend this hotel to others.

We got great value for our money with amazing amenities, multiple pools, and a lazy river. The staff treated us like family and made us feel at ease throughout our stay. The location was beautiful and perfect for a family getaway.

The rooms were in need of renovating, with outdated and drab furniture. The smell in the rooms was also a concern. The balconies were too close together, allowing for noise from neighboring guests.
