The staff were welcoming and quick to help with any requests. Kids enjoyed the pool area, and there were plenty of options for family-friendly activities nearby.

Perfect spot for beach lovers and city explorers

Just steps from a private beach with umbrellas and chairs, I enjoyed an incredible breakfast every morning and a relaxing swim in the lovely pool, plus it only took me about 10 minutes to drive into downtown South Beach and 5 minutes to reach the heart of South Beach entertainment, but the one broken elevator was a minor inconvenience during peak times.

The check-in time was supposedly 3 PM, yet we waited until after 5 PM for our room. Plus, the ocean view was just a distant glimpse of the pool. Total letdown!

The toilet continuously ran, creating a constant noise. Cleanliness was lacking; we found dirty coffee mugs and used soap. The bed had only sheets and felt minimal. I reported multiple issues to reception, but no actions were taken. the overall maintenance appeared neglected, with broken fixtures in the bathroom. Despite the nice breakfast and friendly staff, the room experience was disappointing and did not meet expectations.

Amenities like the well-kept pool and attentive beach service elevated the experience. Spacious, well-equipped rooms and helpful staff were highlights. serious deficiencies at check-in marred the arrival. An unwelcoming front desk attendant and unexpected charges left a sour taste. Communication regarding the pool's closure was lacking. The elevator situation was a challenge, leaving guests to navigate the stairs more than once. With improvements in service and transparency, this place could shine even brighter. I'll consider returning but with caution.

The beachfront location was top-notch and the staff were super friendly, especially Manuel at the towel kiosk. The pool was a great spot to chill, and there were ample sun loungers and beach towels. The only downside was the transparent bathroom doors with no locks; a bit awkward for privacy, but overall, it didn't dampen the enjoyable stay 😊.
