Despite these issues, the hotel's driving service, pool, and nearby landmarks like Miami Beach Boardwalk and Art Deco Historic District enhanced our family bonding experience.

The receptionist Lizette was really nice and she even hooked me up with a sweet room upgrade for my birthday. The lobby was spotless and cozy, I liked chilling there. The pool and beach were lit, perfect for just kicking back and relaxing. The only bummer was the valet parking fee, $30 per day, but overall it didn't ruin my vibe. 🌴

We didn't eat breakfast but the location was excellent. Beach just steps away. Chairs, umbrella, and towels included. Attentive professionals. Easy check-in/out. Pool and beach access. Close to bike trail and sightseeing. Amazing buffet breakfast. Great food and drinks. Going again in May!

We loved staying at Riu Plaza! The location was perfect, right on mid-beach, allowing for a relaxing beach experience during the day and easy access to South Miami for nightlife. There were also plenty of great restaurants nearby, including Starbucks, Subway, and markets. The beach service was excellent, with free sunbeds, umbrellas, and towels provided for hotel guests. The hotel also had a beautiful pool surrounded by palm trees. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with amenities like a safe, mini-bar, and hairdryer. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and we enjoyed the diverse range of hotel amenities, including a bar, pool bar, convenience store, and tours desk.
