We didn't eat breakfast but the location was excellent. Beach just steps away. Chairs, umbrella, and towels included. Attentive professionals. Easy check-in/out. Pool and beach access. Close to bike trail and sightseeing. Amazing buffet breakfast. Great food and drinks. Going again in May!

Great position in terms of proximity to the beach and the convenience of the free trolley bus. The hotel was very clean, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

There were several negatives during our stay. Firstly, the rooms were smaller than expected, and the website was misleading. Additionally, there was an odor of chlorine in the room. The staff was unclear on how to get more towels and have the rooms cleaned. We also encountered issues with the elevator, with only one working for the whole building, causing significant delays. The lack of privacy on the beachfront balcony was disappointing, as everyone could see inside the room. Finally, there were no available sunshades or chairs at the beach when we arrived.

The pool area was amazing, right on the beach. Outdoor bar/restaurant with pool service. Breakfast options were fantastic. Friendly staff. Would stay again!

This hotel is great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the prime location on Collins Avenue, right on the beach. It's about a 12-15 minute trolley ride from Lincoln Road, a shopping area with enormous variety. The hotel offers basic amenities, with rooms that have either a patio or a balcony. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay has multiple options to choose from, making it a convenient start to the day.

My stay at Riu Plaza was wonderful! I spent a relaxing weekend at this hotel, enjoying the calmness and welcoming atmosphere. The staff, especially the older lady at reception and the helpful valet, were very nice. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide selection of delicious food that I would highly recommend. The property had a great smell and was very clean, making me feel safe throughout my stay. Additionally, the short walk to the beach and boardwalk added to the resort-like feel of the hotel. Great job to all the staff!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of Miami Beach, with breathtaking ocean views from our room. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained by the friendly housekeeping staff. The hotel facilities, including the pool area and beach access, were excellent. The staff, from Alvin who provided exceptional customer service to the overnight shift gentleman and the pool towel area attendant, were all friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast every morning.
