Me and my crew had a blast checking out the scenic hiking and jogging trails and hitting up the spacious fitness facility with all the sick workout gear. The 35-acre property was like a playground for us - so much space for activities! It was all fire, and we couldn't get enough of it!

Yo, it would've been even sicker if they had a cool outdoor party area with some banging music and vibes for us young peeps to chill and hang out. That would've been the cherry on top of an already epic stay!

During my transit in Tampa, I found the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay to be conveniently located just 12 km from Amtrak and 10 km from Tampa International Airport. The hotel's proximity to these transportation hubs made my journey smooth and efficient.

One minor issue I encountered during my stay was the lack of warmth and communication among the staff. While the hotel's location and amenities were convenient, the overall customer service experience was lacking due to the staff's apparent disinterest and lack of engagement.

At my first stay, the staff helped with transport, which I appreciated. This place suits me perfectly. Free Wi-Fi, poolside snack bar, fitness center, sauna, express check-in/out, tennis court. I keep coming back for a romantic escape.

The restaurant on the 14th floor offers spectacular views to go with the delicious food. I felt like I was dining in the clouds with a panoramic view of the bay, it was a truly unique and unforgettable experience.

The Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay is conveniently situated near Cypress Point Park, and its lobby bar offers a great selection of drinks and bar food. The renovated rooms display a contemporary appearance with a Zen vibe, providing a comfortable and clean atmosphere, as shown in the internet pictures.

The room had tons of elevator noise, people talking and screaming until midnight. the door to the hall allowed all outside sounds to seem as if they were in the room.

Our purpose for staying at Grand Hyatt was a night away from home and to enjoy some relaxation. The staff were very accommodating and went above and beyond when we had an issue with our room, upgrading us to a suite. The bar had a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Our room had a great view of the city and we enjoyed watching the planes at the nearby airport. The walking trail was also a nice feature.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I was impressed with the amazing view of the bay from my room. The pool area was well-maintained and offered a relaxing atmosphere. The shuttle service was punctual and convenient. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! One specific event: I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel staff sent a special surprise to our room to celebrate our anniversary. It was such a thoughtful gesture! I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

We got excellent value for our money with a well-furnished, spacious room and a beautiful bay view. The location was great, especially with the boardwalk through the natural reserve, and the staff, especially Caleb at check-in, were polite and welcoming.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety and protein options.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The location next to an office building that has a ton of conference space on the Bay was perfect for our needs. The area was great, with stunning surroundings and a lovely boardwalk to walk on. We were also delighted to find out that this hotel doesn't charge $50 to valet your car overnight like most hotels do now. The staff was well trained and extremely friendly, providing us with exceptional service. The room was clean and comfortable, with an extremely comfortable bed. We also appreciated the amenities like the provided robes, water, and Starbucks in-room. The fact that sunscreen was provided at the pool was a nice touch, and we loved being able to order from the pool as well. our experience here was top-notch and we can't wait to come back!

The location was very convenient, with easy access to Tampa airport, downtown, and Clearwater, which was just a 30-minute drive away. The hotel was close to various amenities, including an office building with plenty of conference spaces. The rooms were very spacious and impeccably clean, and the service was top-notch, with staff working diligently to keep everything in order. The breakfast spread was first-rate, and the hotel offered some excellent facilities, such as a pool and gym.

Some guests reported a lack of enforcement of etiquette and rules in certain areas of the hotel, such as the pool and hot tub, which was overcrowded even when it should not have been.

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt was amazing! We received a warm and friendly welcome from Kaitlyn at check-in, who even gave our girls stuffed puppies. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped us set up a special dinner for our daughter's birthday. The room had a great view of the city and watching the planes was a fun experience. The Casitas were gorgeous, with lots of space and a private entrance. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was pleasant. The manager, Mr. Steven Heald, made us feel like his private guests and his leadership created a welcoming and friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel.

The only thing that could have been better was the menu for breakfast.
