Amazing staff and fab location

What a great experience! Our room was super clean and smelled nice. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Loved the beautiful lobby with fresh flowers and a piano. the coffee bar in the courtyard was a nice touch. Just a bit noisy some mornings from renovations nearby. Don't forget to check out the delicious room service!

The rooms were amazing, especially the comfortable beds and great showers. the hotel's location was perfect, being centrally located and close to everything. the staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a great experience.

Our room was not what we had reserved and there was no availability to change. We also had a negative experience with a valet who lingered in our room, making us feel uncomfortable.

Great location, within walking distance to unique restaurants and boutique shops. Centrally located in the heart of historic Charleston. Spacious and clean rooms with attentive service.

Issues with attention to detail, such as deactivated key and charges on the bill for items not purchased. Missed cleaning of the room even when the do not disturb sign was not displayed.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all major attractions and activities. the property restaurant serves delicious food and there is live jazz entertainment to enjoy.

The lack of amenities, such as an electric kettle or coffee machine in the room, was disappointing. the hotel's spa was subpar and overpriced, with non-functioning hot tub jets.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the range of facilities offered. The staff were friendly and efficient, making us feel well attended to throughout our stay. The location was perfect, right in the center of Charleston's historic neighborhoods.

The spa service at Belmond Charleston Place was truly wonderful. I enjoyed a relaxing massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. The staff was attentive and made sure I had a great experience. I would recommend this hotel for their excellent spa services.

The location was fabulous! Everything on the property exceeded our expectations. Every employee went above and beyond with kindness. The many areas to sit and hang out and relax, like the courtyard with the pop-up coffee/bar and lobby bar. The decorations in the lobby were beautiful, with all the flowers. The staff was excellent, and the concierge was so helpful. The surprise anniversary gift of champagne and cake was thoughtful. The hospitality throughout our stay was impeccable. The newly renovated rooms were stunning, with a marble bathroom and a rain head in the shower. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to walk to almost all the attractions.

We had an incredible time at this elegant hotel in Charleston! The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The pool and outside bar were fantastic, perfect for enjoying drinks and relaxing. The food was delicious and the rooms were clean, spacious, and had comfy beds. The location was excellent for exploring the city on foot. We loved every moment of our stay!

The hotel's prime location allowed us to walk to many nearby attractions and the famous market right across the street. The clean and newly renovated room came with a balcony and access to the club level. The breakfast had great biscuits and was included in our stay.

Our family enjoyed the spacious rooms, indoor/outdoor pool, and perfect location for exploring downtown. The staff was accommodating when we had to switch rooms due to bed size. Overall I recommend this hotel.
