We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were very friendly and accommodating throughout our entire stay. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a well-equipped gym and a snack bar by the pool. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a "royal" area with easy access to the beach and close to the area where the entertainment was taking place. The breakfast provided was delicious and we enjoyed the variety of options available. we had a great experience at this hotel.

The fresh fruit provided daily was a nice touch, and the room service was excellent. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and our room was comfortable and exactly as advertised. The amenities, such as the gym, tennis court, kayaking, and beach towels, were a pleasant surprise. we had a fantastic and relaxing time at Occidental.
