The view of the ocean was fantastic, and it was a breeze to walk to the beach. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the cleanliness of the property was impressive. The pools were a nice touch, and the balcony provided a quiet spot to relax.

The Wi-Fi connectivity in the room was a major issue. The amenities listed like the kitchenette didn't live up to expectations.

The location was perfect, right on the boardwalk for easy beach days! I loved the spacious room and enjoyed sipping cocktails by the bar pool. The beautiful ocean view made every morning feel like a vacation!

The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The pool bar is awesome, and the staff there really knows how to serve up a good time.

The front desk staff were not friendly at all.

Close to the beach and bike rentals, which was a huge plus. The room felt humid and had a funny smell. Poolside happy hour was great for drinks, but the door to the next room slammed a lot, making it hard to relax.

Amazing location and views!

We loved our oceanfront room on the 5th floor! The view was stunning, and it was super close to the boardwalk. Jeff at the front desk was super friendly and gave great tips for Assateague Island. The room had a kitchenette, comfy sofa, and easy-to-use balcony door. The bed was a bit hard, but we hardly noticed with all the fun. Great fitness center and pool with a view too!

Great location! Easy walk to bars, restaurants, and the beach. The ocean view from our room was stunning, and we even spotted dolphins from the balcony!

It wasn’t cheap, but considering the amenities, it felt worth it.

The room felt neglected, especially the peeling paint in the bathroom. Plus, we had to trek to another building for towels each day, which was such a hassle, especially with kids in tow.

Their dedication and excellent service made a significant difference during our challenging moments.

The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The room itself was welcoming, and the staff were friendly. the humidity was noticeable, impacting the comfort. The cleanliness left much to be desired; dust in corners and a bathtub that needed scrubbing were disappointing. Outlets were loose, causing charging cables to fall out easily. The balcony door handle was broken. Despite the issues, the pool was clean and enjoyable. With better maintenance and attention to cleanliness, the room could really shine.

The location is great, but the Crystal Beach needs improvement. Disappointed in room condition, customer service, and cleanliness. Mold in shower, dated rooms, and lack of amenities. Staff unresponsive to issues. Positive note: Barracuda's restaurant had excellent food.

The staff was super helpful. The breakfast was awesome. The POOL WITH A VIEW was even better than in photos. Would definitely choose it again!
