There could be improvements in organizing activities for guests, as well as ensuring a more interactive and welcoming atmosphere in the pool area.

the room was modern, clean, and spacious, with a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding area. the bathroom was also very nice. the location was convenient, and I particularly enjoyed the excellent rooftop pool and jacuzzi. It was a great way to relax and unwind after a long day, and I made sure to use them every day during my stay. the staff at the hotel were fantastic and really went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. In particular, James was extremely helpful and provided excellent assistance throughout my visit. I also had a positive interaction with the bar manager, who treated us to free lunch by the pool to celebrate my birthday. I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

Our room was a bit run down, with scuffed floors and walls, and worn furniture. There was also a lack of consistency with supplies, as some items were missing in our second room.

The staff at the cafeteria is friendly and the bed is comfortable. The hotel has a modern look and the security measures give a sense of safety.

I do wish the hotel had free water in the room and fully stocked in-room coffee. Additionally, it would have been nice to have the pool open during my stay.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Centric in Brickell for two nights before and after my cruise. The staff was fantastic, especially Ruben at the front desk who went above and beyond to assist me. The rooms were beautifully designed and comfortable. The bed was amazing, and the shower had a unique touch with the wooden chair inside. The hotel's hallways were adorned with light colors and had great illumination. I also appreciated the bell guys who not only carried my luggage but also provided a brief introduction to the room. the hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to my clients as an Independent Travel Agent.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I had an amazing experience! the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me with my questions and needs. Secondly, the room I stayed in was great and had an excellent view of Biscayne Bay from the balcony. I loved waking up to that view! Lastly, the breakfast offered was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from.
