The staff here were fantastic, providing excellent service and making our stay enjoyable. The design of the rooms was stylish and attractive. The location was great, within walking distance to nice restaurants and breakfast cafes. The hotel also had a nice swimming pool and the rooms were modern and clean.

The location was great, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff were also friendly and accommodating.

Our room was a bit run down, with scuffed floors and walls, and worn furniture. There was also a lack of consistency with supplies, as some items were missing in our second room. The rooms were not soundproof, so we could hear our neighbors' TV and comings and goings. The price to quality ratio was also off, as I expected more for the price we paid. Additionally, the check-in process was slow and we had to wait in the cold lobby for more than 15 minutes.

Great location with beautiful views and a convenient 7 eleven nearby. The gym is well-equipped and the breakfast offers delicious options like pancakes and Cuban Benedict eggs. The staff at the cafeteria is friendly and the bed is comfortable. The hotel has a modern look and the security measures give a sense of safety.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Centric in Brickell for two nights before and after my cruise. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Brickell City Centre, and I loved the tiled floors in my room. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, especially the Huevo Americanos. The peaceful and dog-friendly atmosphere was an added bonus. I had a great experience and would stay here again.

The rooms were beautifully designed and comfortable. The bed was amazing, and the shower had a unique touch with the wooden chair inside. The hotel's hallways were adorned with light colors and had great illumination. I also appreciated the bell guys who not only carried my luggage but also provided a brief introduction to the room. the hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to my clients as an Independent Travel Agent.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I had an amazing experience! Firstly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me with my questions and needs. Secondly, the room I stayed in was great and had an excellent view of Biscayne Bay from the balcony. I loved waking up to that view! Lastly, the breakfast offered was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from.
