I stayed at the Humphreys Half Moon Inn & Suites and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the garden and pool. Being on the ground floor, with a little patio overlooking the pool, was really charming. The suite had a kitchen, living room with pullout, spacious bathroom, bedroom with 2 queens, and a balcony surrounded by palm trees and their tropical pool. It was a beautiful location and the perfect place to unwind.

The breakfast, as it wasn't as good as lunch and dinner. My scrambled eggs were cold and a bit overdone, which was a little disappointing.

The tropical ambiance and vibrant waterfront location of Humphreys Half Moon Inn & Suites truly made my transit stay in San Diego a memorable one. With deluxe amenities, stunning views of Half Moon Bay, and free WiFi throughout the property, the hotel perfectly reflected its location on Shelter Island. Plus, the convenient distance of 10 km from San Diego International Airport made it a perfect choice for a quick stopover during my travels.

The only minor downside was the additional cost for parking, priced at $18 per night. However, the helpful staff and comfortable accommodations quickly made me forget about this small inconvenience.

The staff was fantastic - helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The grounds were beautiful, well-maintained, and had a clean pool. The decor and atmosphere of the room and resort were exactly what we were looking for. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and great views from the attached bar/venue.

Our stay at Humphreys was absolutely wonderful. The staff was friendly and easily accessible, making our experience all the more enjoyable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which provided a restful sleep. The water pressure in the shower was surprisingly impressive, a rare find in hotels. The spacious, clean room with tasteful decor made us feel right at home. If we ever find ourselves in this area again, we will definitely book here.

We absolutely loved the outdoor recreation at Humphreys Half Moon Inn. The tropical atmosphere, the pool, and the fire pits were amazing! Spending time outside was a highlight of our stay, and the hotel really outdid themselves with the outdoor amenities.

Free parking and great view from the room. Convenient location close to city center and restaurants. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Noisy surroundings, especially in the morning due to construction and street noise. the room lacked soundproofing, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel is located on Shelter Island by the harbor, offering stunning views of the marina and the Marine. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, featuring two double beds and a balcony with a spectacular view of the concerts for the weekend. Breakfast is included, and the food is very tasty, especially when enjoyed with the Shelter Island marina views.

Large, comfy room with beautiful garden view and good bathroom facilities. Pool was lovely with comfy poolside recliners. Staff were respectful, greeting guests and giving them space. Fire pits were great for evening conversations with other guests. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this place and loved it! The location is fantastic, right by the harbor on an island. We also got great service from the bell staff/porter. The room amenities were great with comfortable bedding, a flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. We enjoyed the leisure swimming pool and jacuzzi. The staff takes Customer Service seriously and it shows.

I had a wonderful stay at a retro paradise in sunny California. The location was perfect, with a serene marina view and a short drive to main attractions. The resort had a lush landscape filled with beautiful parrots, koi, and turtles. I felt safe and secure with the gated entrances. The happy hour was great and the food portions were generous. The pool provided a nice place to relax. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great Christmas holiday at a beautiful location with fantastic views of boats and the water. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and free parking. Splendid location to relax and go for walks along the marina.

A little dated and in need of some TLC. the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and the room was not entirely clean.

The amenities at this hotel were fantastic! the pool was great, with plenty of lounge chairs and seating. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. Additionally, the location of the hotel was amazing. Being by the water and having a view of the boats was a wonderful experience. I also loved the charming grounds, especially the koi pond with the parrots.

There were a few things that could have been better during our stay. our room faced the parking lot and was next to the concert hall, so it was quite noisy at times.
