A Beautiful Mountain Escape

I recently stayed at a stunning mountain retreat in Ojai, and it was truly a serene and sublime experience. Nestled into the Topatopa mountains, the property was surrounded by fragrant flowers and a winding golf course, creating a breathtaking atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with amazing pillows that ensured a restful night's sleep. Each morning, I enjoyed coffee on the balcony, taking in the beauty of the surroundings.

I recently visited the Ojai Valley Inn for the first time and absolutely loved it! The level of service and friendliness of the staff were top-notch. The beautiful surroundings and meticulously manicured property were a delight. Our room at Shangri-La was spacious, luxurious, and conveniently located. The amenities were top of the line, and we thoroughly enjoyed the terrace overlooking the valley. The on-site restaurants provided excellent outdoor dining options with stunning views. The golf course had a great layout and breathtaking valley views. The pool staff at the Indigo pool were fantastic. it was a truly memorable experience.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The beautiful environment of the golf course and old trees created a serene atmosphere. The hotel staff were simply amazing, from the friendly greeting at check-in to the helpful valet and bellman who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The restaurant staff, especially Dolores, provided excellent service by accommodating our party and offering blankets for our comfort. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with beautiful trails to explore and a stunning spa. The rooms were comfortable and well-decorated, with a built-in fireplace adding a cozy touch. The staff's attentiveness and courtesy were truly exceptional.

Gotta say, it had some nice perks overall. The views were really pretty and we liked that gift basket with the complimentary wine upon arrival. The location was also ideal - close to all the shops and restaurants in town. Plus, the pool area was great for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Customer service was really lacking. Our room wasn't ready until hours after check-in and our requests for extra towels and blankets went unanswered.

My room had a cozy fireplace and a stunning view. The spa experience was very relaxing. The build your own taco buffet was delicious. I recommend the Valley Inn for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

The location of this resort is wonderful, with easy access to wineries, farms, and beautiful California scenery. The rooms are comfortable with fluffy towels and luxurious amenities. The spa is highly recommended, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The outdoor dining experience is enjoyable.

One area of improvement could be better service efficiency, as some guests had trouble with check-in and waiting for valet service.

The hotel had beautiful surroundings, with a stunning golf course and majestic old trees. The trails were perfect for leisurely walks. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us, even providing us with a better suite when they found out about our special occasion.

There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. The service at the pub was slow, and our dinner came out with the appetizers.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the beautiful surroundings, impeccable service, and attention to detail at this 5-star resort. The outdoor activities and workshops provided a great way to explore and relax.

I've been dreaming of staying at this 5-star resort for ages, and it truly lived up to my expectations. The atmosphere is absolutely incredible, and despite its size, it offers a sense of privacy that is hard to come by. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our every need, making my boyfriend's birthday celebration one for the books. The surroundings are simply breathtaking, and the remodeled Paseo suite we stayed in was both spacious and beautifully decorated. I can't recommend this place enough.
