Great location with friendly staff

Really loved the location right by the harbor! The room was spacious and clean, plus the breakfast buffet had a ton of options. Staff was super nice and helped us with our requests.

the air conditioning was broken on a 95-degree day, making our stay unbearable. there was a long wait to check in and staff seemed overwhelmed.

The hotel's grand décor and spacious common areas made it easy for us elders to navigate. The children of the staff were exceptionally helpful in aiding us during our stay.

Better accommodation for elders, such as grab bars in the shower.

Traveling with my family for a weekend getaway, we had an incredible stay at Hyatt Regency. The staff exceeded our expectations, ensuring our comfort from check-in to check-out. The spacious and clean room easily accommodated our family of four. The well-maintained gym and inviting pool with a friendly pool bar added to our enjoyable experience. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to everything, including the aquarium. The bathroom was a standout, with a hot shower and great water pressure. The comfortable beds, large TV, and efficient elevators only enhanced our stay.

Our one night stay at this hotel was amazing! The location was perfect, right by the Inner Harbor. The staff was very accommodating when we had a noisy neighbor and quickly moved us to a new room. The elevators were cool and the Regency Club was a great perk. I highly recommend this hotel for your next Baltimore trip!

We stayed for a weekend and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the ballpark. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with a large bathroom and fluffy towels. The highlight of the hotel is the beautiful rooftop terrace with stunning views of the harbor. I spent a delightful evening sipping a cocktail and watching the sunset, feeling like a character from a glamorous movie.

The hotel is in a great location, right across from the Bay, with a nice view of the stores surrounding the water. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms met our needs, and we were pleased with the included breakfast.

One minor issue was that the room temperature was a bit too warm and the thermostat seemed to have limited control. However, it was overall a satisfying stay.

The hotel provided free cookies and hot cocoa in the lobby, which was a nice touch for the holiday season. the location was great, as we were able to easily walk to all the shops and restaurants in the area. Plus, the views of the harbor were beautiful from our room.
