Staff were super accommodating, quick to help with extra towels and a door issue. Close to shopping and restaurants. Perfect for families. Highly recommend!

While exploring the city, I found this hotel to be just steps away from Reading Terminal Market, less than a 5-minute walk from Love Park, and only a short stroll to Independence Hall and the Franklin Institute, making it super easy to soak in the historical sights and vibrant culture of Center City; plus, the welcoming staff and clean, spacious rooms added to the overall comfort of my stay, but I did encounter some issues with the toilet in my room.

Communication lapses were disappointing. Misleading information about amenities, like the nonexistent indoor pool, created unnecessary irritation. Parking was not only expensive but also tricky to navigate. While the stay had solid elements, a critical focus on service and honesty is essential for improvement. A little transparency can go a long way.
