LOVED the breakfast from Reading Terminal Market. The staff were super friendly. Rooms were even better than in photos. Would definitely stay here again!

Hilton Garden had a central location, convenient parking, and spacious rooms with 2 Queen beds. the staff was helpful and the hotel entrance was secure after dark.

Uncomfortable bed, stained sheets, noisy hallways, and a loose, stained toilet seat. No major complaints.

The location close to a historical market was AMAZING! the made-to-order omelets at breakfast were a delicious surprise. Would stay again.

The staff helped with my suitcases on my first stay. This place suits me perfectly. It has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and a bar. I keep coming back for business trips.

The location next to Chinatown was a great find, with plenty of delicious dining options nearby. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfy, with excellent air conditioning and bathroom facilities. The friendly service, especially from Monroe in the breakfast room, made our stay enjoyable. The convenience of direct elevator access from the parking garage was a plus. The main drawback was the unclean entrance, but the overall positive experience outweighed that initial impression.

Stayed at Hilton Garden Inn for Philly marathon. Good location, accommodating staff, rooms were clean. Loved the bananas at check-in. Parking garage is tight. No issues with breakfast, but high parking fees. a recommendable stay for city explorers.

I enjoyed the bright and high-ceilinged dining room at Tenth Floor Grill, which provided fantastic views of the city and made dining a memorable experience. the heartfelt service from the staff left a positive impression, making me feel truly welcome.

The pool was closed during my stay, which was a disappointment.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of Chinatown and across from the convention center. It made it so convenient for us to explore the city and attend our conference. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with all the basic amenities we needed. Despite being on the smaller side, they were comfortable and had plenty of lamps and sockets, including USB ports. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided good service. We appreciated the made-to-order omelets at breakfast and the convenience of having breakfast without even having to step outside the hotel.

One minor improvement could be made in terms of room size, as they were a bit small and cramped.

As a runner, I was thrilled to find that Hilton Garden Inn had fridges and microwaves in each room, allowing me to easily prepare my pre-race meals. The unrenovated room on the 8th floor was surprisingly fresh and well-maintained. The friendly staff and wonderful jacuzzi and pool added to the great experience. The location was perfect, providing easy access to many nearby attractions. The hotel even provided special snacks for marathoners, including bananas with inspirational messages. How awesome!

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of downtown, right next to the bustling Reading Market and convention center. The convenience of having everything within walking distance made our stay much more enjoyable. Additionally, the rooms offered a nice view of the city, and the inclusion of breakfast in our rate was a definite plus. It was great to start the day with a very good breakfast without having to worry about any additional costs. The room itself was comfortable, with a pull-out couch in addition to the bed, providing enough space for our family.

Everything was satisfactory.
