The shower was a total hazard! I had to toss a towel down to avoid slipping every time I got in. Plus, the water was ice cold at first, and turning it on was a real struggle—seriously annoying!

The property offers a fantastic proximity to the heart of Santa Fe, with everything from the historic plaza and two charming chapels just a few steps away, making it super convenient to explore local gems like the New Mexico History Museum, the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum, and delightful dining spots like Cafe Pasqual's and La Plazuela, ensuring a wonderful weekend of strolling and soaking in the atmosphere; the staff were friendly, and the amenities were comfortable, but it would be great to have a safe in the room for added peace of mind.

The prime downtown location is unbeatable, with comfortable beds and kind staff. However, neglect in renovations shows in the cheaply done rooms and bathrooms. The lackluster breakfast and characterless decor are noticeable downsides, but walking distance to town center and nearby parking are convenient perks.

Temperature control was a bit tricky; the remote was hard to reach. The shower setup was cramped, making it challenging for multiple people to use the facilities at once. I appreciated the complimentary water and granola bars. The small pool was enticing, but we couldn’t use it due to the chilly weather. Parking was tight for larger vehicles and came with an added charge.

The convenient location allowed us to easily explore the Genting International Casino and lovely art show featuring work celebrating the GLBT community. The Front Desk even helped us arrange a remarkable PINK LADY TOUR, enhancing our experience.

Stayed here over Easter and had a blast! The location was super convenient , we could walk to all the cool spots in the old town. The beds were like sleeping on clouds, and the shower was a dream. Plus, the $10 parking fee was totally fair.
