The sink and tub were in perfect working condition, and we had no issues charging our cell phones as there were multiple accessible plug-ins available. The room was spotless, and there were no stains on the carpet or walls. The option for "green housekeeping" did not affect the cleanliness as the trash was promptly emptied and room service trays were picked up. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep. The shuttle driver was friendly and provided excellent service. we had a great stay at the Westin Chicago Lombard and would highly recommend it for anyone traveling to the area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. Housekeeping did a great job in keeping the room clean and tidy. We really appreciated the amenities such as the ironing facilities, tea/coffee facilities, and TV. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were fantastic, and we enjoyed using the sauna and sun terrace as well. The on-site car park was also very convenient.
