the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable atmosphere. the location is fantastic, right in the middle of oak brook and downers grove. i loved the state-of-the-art fitness center which helped keep my workout routine intact. the indoor pool was also well-maintained and relaxing.

the breakfast voucher for the club level felt a bit lacking.

The management should really look into improving room maintenance – the keys frequently malfunctioned and the drainage issues were quite bothersome!!! Also, the hotel was unresponsive to maintenance requests. Definitely a few areas needing attention!!!

Had a great time overall! The indoor pool was sweet as, but it was noisy at night with cars revving. Still, the staff were amazing!

Had a proper canny time here! The staff were dead friendly and sorted us out well. The king room was lush and proper nice to chill in. Just a shame the coffee from Starbucks was a bit off, but the rest made up for it!

I had a lovely stay at The Westin Chicago Lombard from 2023-10-01 to 2023-10-04. The hotel lobby and common areas were beautifully maintained and spotless. My room was spacious, well-lit, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the well-stocked exercise facility and the large pool on the second floor. Service was prompt, especially at the mini Starbucks in the lobby, which provided great coffee.

staff were generally accommodating. I appreciated the well-maintained common areas, but the pool chemicals were a concern for our family. It stung our eyes, making it impossible to enjoy. If they can address this, it would definitely enhance the experience!

We had a king standard room on the 12th floor, and honestly, it was very clean, just needed a little updating. Also, we enjoyed great breakfasts at Holy Mackerel, and the service was top-notch, I mean, who doesn't love a good breakfast to start the day, right?

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but overall still acceptable for what we got.

Oh, the culinary delight at Harry Carey's was a highlight! The hotel's cleanliness really stood out, and despite a long wait for my room, the heavenly beds made up for it. Never have I felt so cozy in a hotel!

Plus, the dated decor and some mysterious hair in the shower weren't the charm I expected. Let's hope for some upgrades before my next visit!

Great customer service from David made our stay feel special. Pool was nice, but room could use updates.

However, the room had cleanliness issues. hair and debris left behind indicated it wasn't properly cleaned. I also encountered a sauna that was out of order for my entire stay, and delays with room availability pushed check-in past the expected time. Additionally, some areas around the pool lacked adequate towel supplies, and trash left by previous guests created a less-than-inviting environment.

the linens felt luxuriously soft and comfortable in the room. elevator traffic was a bit chaotic.

I stayed 6 days during the July 4th week, and the location was great, close to restaurants and shopping. The room was clean, and for the most part, the hotel smelled fresh, which is important for me.

I have to say it wasn't cheap for the experience I had but overall it was acceptable.

Wonderful experience with friendly staff. Clean, modern room, and had an enjoyable dinner at Harry Caray's! Highly recommend for family trips!
