Great spot for families, we had two TVs in our room which kept the kids happy.

The hotel boasts a friendly atmosphere and a spotless environment. The complimentary dinner buffet and free popcorn are fantastic perks, especially for families. my experience was marred by unexpected charges and misinformation about room amenities, which left me frustrated. The air conditioning struggled, and the presence of a loud group made the first night uncomfortable. The pool and hot tub were highlights, and the staff radiated friendliness. But the lack of resolution regarding my room situation and a noisy start to the visit could have been better handled.

Just a fine choice for a fleeting stay in Frankenmuth with high value for money. Breakfast was best I've had.

The hotel is conveniently right on the main road through downtown Frankenmuth, making it just a short stroll to all the shops and delightful attractions like Bronner's Christmas Shop, which is only about a mile down the road, and the Frankenmuth Brewery, less than a 5-minute walk away, providing a fantastic and vibrant atmosphere to soak in during your stay; plus the staff is friendly and the hotel boasts clean and cozy rooms, complete with a nice pool and a complimentary evening meals, but it could use more seating during peak dining times.

The kickback reception had a great variety of food and drinks.

But after just ten minutes away, we got a call saying he was barking. The manager was unhelpful, and we felt forced to leave just two hours in. So disappointing.

Wonderful experience, wonderful stay with friendly staff who provided an early check-in and a delicious breakfast selection that made mornings a pleasure.
