Our stay at Sheraton Charlotte hotel was exceptional. The room situated on the 2nd floor, right down from the indoor swimming pool and fitness center, provided easy access to fantastic amenities. The room was clean, neat, and spacious, perfect for accommodating the couple we were traveling with.

The only minor issue during our stay was that the phone in our room didn't work, which made it a bit inconvenient when trying to call the front desk for a wake-up call. However, this small setback did not overshadow the overall outstanding experience at the Sheraton Charlotte hotel.

Friendly and helpful parking attendant assisted me in the pouring rain, even unloading my bags. Despite a computer issue, the apologetic clerk offered free internet access for the wait. The clean, comfortable room on the 11th floor had nice amenities. Staff was extremely friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms, although older, had been remodeled and had a spectacular view of Charlotte's skyline. The attention to detail was evident, with amenities such as a fridge and a real ice bucket. Additionally, the prices at the on-site restaurant were reasonable, and the food was of excellent quality.
