I had a great experience at this hotel during Easter! The location was perfect for my needs, as it was close to a shopping mall and other attractions. The two facts that stood out were the comfortable beds and pillows, which made for a restful night's sleep, and the spacious and modern room with a large vanity top in the bathroom. Additionally, the staff was accommodating and the complimentary breakfast was a nice treat.

On the downside, I did experience a couple of issues. Firstly, our room was located next to the elevator, and we could hear a whistling noise whenever it moved, which was slightly bothersome.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The Marriott bed and pillows were the best, providing a comfortable and restful sleep. The room itself was modern and attractive, with plenty of space to move around. The bathroom was particularly impressive, with a roomy layout and a large vanity top for all my necessities. The hotel's location near a bustling shopping area was perfect - just a short drive away from plenty of restaurants and shops. It was also conveniently situated near the highway and only about 20 minutes from the airport. The lobby was beautifully decorated and there was even free, fresh coffee available in the mornings. The staff member who greeted me was kind and apologetic.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the Richmond area, close to everything you could imagine. With its prime location in Short Pump, there are numerous restaurants and shops just a stone's throw away. The rooms are well-appointed and spacious, with comfortable beds and even fireplaces. Plus, having breakfast included is a great perk to start the day off right.

We appreciated the helpful and accommodating staff. The nearby Silver Diner is a great option for dining. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, providing a quiet and relaxing stay. The hotel's location was convenient for my business needs. The restaurant offered delicious meals, a refreshing change from typical hotel breakfasts. The free WiFi was easy to connect to, ensuring smooth communication during my stay. The hotel's bar was a great place to unwind and socialize with friendly bartenders.

Drawbacks: Although the staff was generally superb, there were a couple of incidents where our room was not cleaned and the bed was not properly made. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was overpriced for the quality of food offered.

One of the downsides was that the bathroom had a drainage issue and despite informing the housekeeper, it was not fixed during our stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was not very pleasant, surrounded by industrial/office buildings with no greenery or walking paths nearby.
