The hotel provided a very pleasant breakfast buffet with a delicious treat of English bacon. the beds were comfy and the rooms were nice. the staff were pleasant and caring, providing unmatched customer service.

There were issues with broken elevators, missing luggage carts, and key card readers that didn't work. There was also a lack of communication regarding room readiness and changes in requests for linen changes.
