Perfect nature getaway

This place is awesome if you wanna escape the city noise! Nestled in nature with a beautiful lake and wildlife all around. The chalet was super cozy; I honestly didn’t wanna leave. Betsy at the front desk is a sweetheart. Just a heads up, some areas are a bit outdated and could use a refresh, like the mini-golf.

The value for money at this resort was incredible - the chalet we stayed in had all the necessary amenities and the view of the lake was breathtaking. The location was also convenient with plenty of nearby attractions, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The only suggestion I have for improvement would be to add a breakfast option on-site.

There were some maintenance issues that need attention. the carpets in the bedrooms were stained and there were tears in the wallpaper.

The location of the resort was perfect, as it was close to daily activities and offered a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful views of the lake. the rooms were comfortable and met our expectations. Additionally, we enjoyed the fact that the resort was kid-friendly, and we even got to see deer and bears during our stay.

There were a few drawbacks to our experience. the beds were extremely uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the cabin at Eagle Village Resort & Chalet. It easily accommodated my three children and me, with enough room for additional guests. The online pictures really don't do justice to the beautiful views of the surrounding trees and lake. The peacefulness and quietness of the environment were remarkable, and we even had a group of deer visiting us on the balcony. Checking in after hours was a breeze with the phone system and the operator guiding us through retrieving the key. the experience exceeded our expectations.

There were a few minor drawbacks to our stay. The linen in the cabin was not clean, with urine stains and spots on the sheets.

The location was amazing, with plenty of activities and attractions nearby. the amenities provided made it feel like a home away from home.

Check, in time at 7 PM was inconvenient, especially when check, out was at 10 AM. Disorganization and miscommunication made it difficult to check, in and access certain facilities such as the pool, rec room, and Wi, Fi. the property was in need of repairs, both inside the chalets and on the roads, with some serious potholes present.

The chalet was spacious with a scenic view, close to attractions in the Poconos, and provided a peaceful and quiet retreat.

The views from the cabin were stunning, with a forest of trees and a lovely lake right outside our window. Checking in was easy, even after hours, with clear instructions from the friendly operator. We even had a delightful surprise of deer visiting our balcony. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a quiet and nature-filled retreat.

The chalet was extremely old, with furnishings that seemed straight out of the 70s. the rec room was a mess, with many items missing or broken.

Our family had a wonderful time at this cozy resort. The pool was great and the changing rooms were clean. There was some road damage on the way in, but the location was beautiful with lake access. we recommend this resort.
