Convenient location near local shops and dining options. Spacious and well-equipped handicapped room. Surprisingly quiet despite being by the road. Pleasant surprise with a picnic area by the river. Helpful staff with a list of nearby restaurants and activities.

Convenient location near shops and walkable distance to a casino, approximately 20 minutes. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms with cozy beds and plenty of pillows for a good night's sleep. Was provided with clean towels and room was tidied during our stay.

The recently remodeled rooms were a pleasant surprise and much nicer than the pictures online. the staff at the front desk were friendly and provided excellent customer service. the location of the hotel was convenient and close to shops and attractions.

The heater in the room had a musty/moldy smell when turned on, which caused sinus issues. It would be beneficial if the filters were cleaned or replaced to improve air quality.

During my Christmas stay, I had a positive experience at this hotel. the front desk staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent customer service. the room was very clean and the bathroom was spotless, which I appreciated. the beds and pillows were also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location was great, conveniently located near key attractions in the area.

There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly like. the in-room coffee maker was a disappointment, as it didn't meet my expectations.

The staff was friendly, and we could easily walk to shops, fast food restaurants, and even a movie theater.

Lovely stay at Econo Lodge! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the homey touch of the rocking chairs and flowers outside. The location was perfect - right in the center of Cherokee, close to shops and restaurants, and a short drive to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The motel's positioning by the creek made it a peaceful and relaxing stay. The friendly check-in experience and the delicious breakfast were definite highlights. I highly recommend this hotel for its value and great location.

Centrally Located: This hotel is in a great location, close to downtown and within walking distance to shops and attractions. It was perfect for exploring the area during our Christmas trip.

Outdated Property: the hotel seemed a bit worn and not as luxurious as we had remembered it from previous visits. Some areas could definitely use an update to improve the overall experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful, arranging a shuttle to the casino and providing restaurant recommendations. Convenient location for exploring mountains and surrounding areas. Plenty of parking and felt safe. Spacious room.

Felt taken care of, no reason to complain.
