Great Location and Comfortable Stay

My recent stay at Element Times Square West was saved by its excellent location and modern and comfortable room. However, the outdated interior, room maintenance issues, and lack of courteous staff interactions were major drawbacks that affected my overall experience.

During my transit in New York, I stayed at Element Times Square West, and I found the convenience of being just 20 km away from LaGuardia Airport to be a major advantage. The proximity to the airport made my travel arrangements much easier and less stressful. the modern guest rooms with amenities such as the DVD player, iPod docking station, and free Wi-Fi provided a comfortable and convenient stay.

One minor negative aspect of my stay at Element Times Square West was the disorganized check-in and check-out process. The lack of a designated line and the inefficiency of the process made it a bit chaotic and stressful.

I've stayed at various hotels in the city, but this hotel stands out because of its excellent location. Just a short walk away from Times Square, it made exploring the city a breeze. the staff here were so accommodating - they even let us drop off our bags after checkout so we could continue sightseeing without being weighed down. the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the breakfast selection, including a yogurt bar with fresh blueberries, was impressive.

Impeccably clean hotel with great breakfast and a helpful staff that made my stay comfortable. The location near transportation hubs was convenient despite falling ill during my trip. Room was small but had necessary amenities. Excellent gym. The leisure room was a great spot to unwind after sightseeing near landmarks such as Times Square and Central Park, perfect for family bonding in the heart of NYC.

The Time Square Element is a hidden gem for cheese lovers, with a snack bar that's practically a cheeseboard paradise. The staff's efficiency and the comfortable King Suites are other great perks. However, the price hike right before check-in and the eternal elevator wait left a bad taste. With a bit of polish, this spot could be a big apple fave. Plus, tir na nog is a stone's throw away. When I booked two nights, it almost tripled in price.

Mention the sudden price surge and lengthy elevator waits, with a humorous nod to the frustrating "NY thing. " Suggest improvements for room service and elevator efficiency.

I always return here for its convenience and amenities. I remember the staff's taxi tips from my first stay. It has everything I need, like Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, and kitchen. Coming back for Christmas.

Element Times Square West was perfectly located near Times Square with great dining options. The cleanliness and attentive staff stood out. Easy access to 42nd street trains. Small shower leak but manageable. Elevator wait times were the only downside for an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The scenic rooftop patio was an absolute highlight of my stay. It felt like having my own little oasis in the heart of the city. Sipping my morning coffee while enjoying the breathtaking views was a delight.

Lack of responsiveness from staff for maintenance and housekeeping needs.

Had a smart stay. Rooms fully loaded; even a DVD player! Fantastic gym, met my fitness needs. Ate, explored, coffee'd all day. Staff ultra-friendly. Close to all NYC spots; couldn't ask for better. A rooftop view worth a visit. Comedy to rickshaws, a street you won't forget. Spotlessly clean, free breakfast, and even laundry services. An ideal base for both work and play. Perfect spot in the city, we could easily walk everywhere and had a stunning king city view room with a comfy bed. Breakfast was top-notch, and we enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks before dinner - so handy! 🌆 Staff was super nice, subway access was a breeze, and having a fridge and microwave in the room was a bonus. The only minor hiccup was the small family room size, but that didn't dampen the overall great experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip. It was close to the subway station and within walking distance to many popular destinations. This made it convenient for me to travel around the city and attend my meetings.

One of the downsides of the hotel was the lack of elevators. With only three elevators, there were often long waits and the stairs were always busy.

The staff could benefit from some additional training in customer service, but they made up for their first-day blunder with decent service throughout our stay.

We got great value for our money with a room that had an impressive view and was sparkling clean. The hotel's location in the heart of the theater district was fantastic, and the staff treated us with exceptional politeness and friendliness.

When it came to breakfast offerings, it would have been nice to see more variety or options.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location of this place is great as it is within easy walking distance to Times Square and has a good connection to the subway and JFK airport. This made it very convenient for us to get around and explore the city. We also loved that there were plenty of great food places near the hotel, so we never had to worry about finding a delicious meal. Another highlight was the amazing view from our room on the 35th floor. We could see the Empire State Building right from our window, which was truly breathtaking. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The only minor inconvenience was that the dining area was a bit small and couldn't accommodate all the guests requiring meals. However, this did not detract from our overall experience at this hotel.
