The spa experience was remarkable, with an exceptional massage that provided the relaxation I needed. However, watching my credit card go missing due to a bar staff mishap left a bittersweet memory of my stay.

The rooftop pool and hot tub provided a fantastic oasis to unwind after a busy day exploring Coral Gables.

The customer service lacked consistency, as my inquiries regarding room charges often met with unclear answers from different staff members.

loews has a great location with tons of shopping, dining, and entertainment options nearby. the deluxe king room was spacious and our bed was super comfy with amazing views of downtown. the valet staff was incredibly friendly and well-coordinated, making check-in a breeze.

i do wish their cocktail prices were a bit more reasonable.

would love to go back

The location is fantastic! The room was spacious with comfy beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with nice toiletries. I loved the balcony view! The rooftop pool was stunning, and the spa had such relaxing treatments. Staff was super helpful. I can't recommend the food enough, especially breakfast at Americana Kitchen!

Had a deluxe queen room with air conditioning, mini fridge, and a flat-screen TV. The pool view from the 12th floor was awesome! Spa services were really relaxing, and the restaurant had the best food. Staff was super attentive. they even cleaned my blouse fast. Great cocktails at the bar and cozy beds made it perfect!

absoluteley shocked at the lack of clarity with additional charges on my card, $700 pending for what, exactly? Also, the parking situation is a real joke, only valet for $36 a day? For all this drama, I expected a complimentary upgrade or something but woudl ve been nice if anyone bothered to check on my comfort at the pool.

The location is fantastic, with stunning views from higher floors and an exceptional dining experience at The Americana Kitchen, serving delicious meals. The responsive staff provided top-notch room service, making our stay memorable.

The restaurant and bar were lively, with great food. I did have some issues with inconsistent customer service at the front desk. They offer bicycle rentals, which is a fun way to explore the area.

The rooftop pool provided stunning views of the Miami skyline, creating the perfect relaxation spot! I absolutely adored the gourmet dining at The Americana Kitchen – their meals were top-notch! Plus, the staff's level of care and attention truly made us feel special during our stay.

I had a smooth early check-in, which was a lifesaver after my long flight, and my King Room was spacious and cozy with comfy beds. I really enjoyed lounging at the outdoor pool and unwinding in the leisure room after a busy day. The only downside was the scratchy sheets, but overall, it was an enjoyable stay. 😊

The room service was prompt, and even when I needed a blouse cleaned, it was hanging in the closet when I returned! Can’t recommend the Americana Kitchen enough. their food is absolutely fabulous!

Loved the prime location with lots of shopping and dining! The room was spacious, and those sweeping views were a delight. The bar cocktails were good, but my wallet disagreed!

But honestly, if I wanted a high-priced cocktail, I'd prefer it didn't come with a side of sticker shock! A little more clarity on those prices would be fab!
