Our room was well-appointed with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and turndown service. We also enjoyed the terrace and free wi-fi in our room. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The room was not clean upon arrival and had to be changed. the amenities advertised were not available, such as the pool and rooftop bar.

I was blown away by the breathtaking view of the Empire State Building from my room at Renaissance. The comfortable bed and stylish decor made for a luxurious stay. The bar area was perfect for a nightcap. I highly recommend this hotel.
