I recently stayed at Embassy Suites in the heart of the city for a weekend getaway with my family. The room was spacious, clean, and had modern furnishings. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially during breakfast. They even helped us pack up a to-go bag and breakfast containers for our kids. The hotel's location was convenient, and having a parking garage attached was a big plus. the friendly staff, spacious room, excellent breakfast, and convenient location made our stay enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The suite was incredibly spacious, with a comfortable pull-out couch and large flat screen TVs in both the living area and bedroom. The bathroom was absolutely fabulous, with a large rain shower and hand held directional spray head. The sleek design of the cabinetry and sliding doors added a luxurious touch. We also loved the balcony, although a higher floor would have provided a better view. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for nearby delivery options. The breakfast, although limited, still offered hot options, and the effort to provide this service was appreciated. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only downside was the beds in our particular room, which could use replacing. However, I'm confident that this issue is not present in all of the rooms.

The pool and hot tub were amazing, perfect for relaxing after a long day. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. Moreover, the facilities were brand new and beautifully decorated, making a wow statement. the free happy hour from 5-7 every night was a great added bonus.

On the negative side, the showers had weak water pressure which made it difficult to wash my hair. Additionally, I found that this hotel may not be the best choice for families with young children, especially if they are easily startled or excited.

Great downtown location, clean accommodations, friendly staff, delicious cooked-to-order breakfast, enjoyable evening reception, upgraded room with balcony and river view. Highly recommend for a visit or stay in Grand Rapids.

We had great value for our money with a spacious 2R Queen Suite and a delicious buffet breakfast that included made-to-order omelettes and pancakes. The hotel staff was friendly and the facilities, including the workout room, pool, and hot tub, were enjoyable.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the excellent customer service provided by the staff. They exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the room was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space for my family. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious made, to, order breakfast that was well, cooked and satisfying. It was a great way to start the day.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. We were disappointed to find out that the pool was not open during our visit, despite being told otherwise by the Hilton reservation system.

The suite was spacious and perfect for our mother/teen daughter weekend getaway. We had a pull, out couch and a large flat screen TV for the kids to enjoy. the sleek design of the wet bar area and bathroom upgrades added a touch of luxury. the bathroom had a fabulous large shower with a rain shower and hand, held directional spray head. the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making check, in and check, out a breeze. We also appreciated the effort to offer hot breakfast, which was limited but still satisfying. we really enjoyed the room and the amenities it provided.

One downside was the discomfort of the beds and pillows. the memory foam mattress on the pull, out couch was superior to the queen beds, and there was a slight dip in the queen bed that made sleeping challenging.

As business travelers, we really appreciated the spacious and well-designed rooms, top-quality linens, and beautiful updates and decor. The hotel staff were all friendly and motivated to provide excellent service. We had no complaints or disappointments during our stay. Great job!
