The pool area was spacious and relaxing, with plenty of umbrellas and lounge chairs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds provided a great night's sleep. The added bonus of a free shuttle service and convenient on-site car hire made exploring the area a breeze. We would definitely return to this luxurious and comfortable hotel.

The rooms at this hotel were clean and spacious, offering a refrigerator and microwave oven for convenience. the breakfast provided had a good selection and offered quality food. the hotel's location was great, with a big shopping mall just a few blocks away, and there was a free shuttle service available to take guests there.

Some of the first floor rooms had unpleasant smells and noise issues, particularly those facing the ventilation system of a nearby club. There were also a few minor issues with the room, such as a loud fan at night and a mix-up with housekeeping, but these were quickly resolved thanks to the polite and patient front desk staff.

The living room/kitchen area had all the necessary amenities, such as a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. The bedroom was comfortable and provided ample space. We also enjoyed the convenience of having two pools and hot tubs available in separate buildings. Although the pools were basic, they were still enjoyable. The Granada bar on the upper floor offered pool-side service and the staff was prompt in delivering our orders. The daily breakfast and evening reception were great, offering a variety of options. The location of the hotel was ideal, with convenient shuttle service and close proximity to local restaurants and shopping areas.

We had a fantastic stay at Embassy Suites! Our staycation with friends was a blast thanks to the spacious, clean rooms and the comfortable beds that felt like clouds. The poolside location of all the rooms was a great plus, and we enjoyed the evening fire pits. The breakfast, although not amazing, was better than a normal continental. The renovated fitness center with new equipment was a nice surprise. The location was perfect, close to shopping, restaurants, casinos, and family in Phoenix. Embassy Suites definitely exceeded our expectations and we will be returning!

Great hotel for a 6-night stay. Spacious room with comfortable bed, desk, TV, and closet. Convenient location near parking. Room had kitchenette with sink, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and refrigerator. Safe in the closet was large enough for my laptops, tablet, and purse. Plenty of electrical outlets for charging devices. Enjoyed the morning breakfast with a variety of options, including delicious white chocolate caramel cappuccino. Evening reception provided snacks and drinks. Fitness center was well-equipped with treadmills, bikes, weight machines, and free weights. Did not use other amenities like the pool, but they seemed popular.

When checking out, the front desk promised to email an itemized receipt but never received it.
