Ja, the staff were super lekker! Had a great chat with the chommie at reception, and the brekkie was a lekker spread, especially those made-to-order eggs. The views from the room were really something special too!

But ag man, the A/C wasn’t keeping up, it felt a bit like a bushveld sauna at times. Definitely could sort that out!

The breakfast offered a large variety of hot and cold options, along with a fantastic cook-to-order omelet station. The hotel is conveniently located near the shopping district and old town.

The elevators frequently malfunctioned, causing significant delays and concerns about safety. Additionally, cleaning issues persisted, with reports of unsatisfactory bathroom conditions upon arrival.

The manager's reception featured a wide variety of snacks and drinks, creating a fun evening atmosphere.

Parking can be quite inconvenient, especially during busy times, as I found limited spaces available.

The complimentary breakfast was solid with extensive options, which really hit the spot after a long night. The one-bedroom suite was spacious, with kitchenette facilities that made it convenient for late-night snacks.

Several amenities felt a bit off. The ice machine was hard to locate and far from my room, which was inconvenient. The elevator situation was frustrating. one was out of commission during a busy weekend. I encountered dated décor and old furnishings in the room, and the bathroom door didn’t close easily. Additionally, parking was limited, particularly with the resort being so busy.

Great location with grocery stores nearby perfect for convenience plus complimentary breakfast with plenty of options was fantastic. Happy hour reception added to the fun atmosphere.

Sadly, the decor feels dated and parking is a hassle with limited spaces during peak times. Some noise disturbances didn't help either.

the staff at embassy suites was exceptionally friendly, from the front desk to the bar. i loved the breakfast with made-to-order omelets, which was one of the best i’ve had at a mid-level hotel. the pools were inviting too (wish i had time to swim! ).
