We had a flawless stay at Marriott. From checking in to checking out, everything was perfect. the hotel facility was beautiful and very clean, and our room had a great view of the city. the staff at the front desk was helpful and courteous. the location was ideal, especially if you're attending an event at Soldier Field. We also appreciated the in and out privileges for our car.

Great location, just a short walk from the convention center and close to the lake. The hotel had a modern and stylish design, which I really liked. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the staff were friendly and courteous, always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel had multiple elevators, making it quick and easy to move around the building.

The shower temperature was not able to get very hot and the water pressure was not as strong as I would have liked it to be. It would have been great if more of the bars and facilities in the hotel were open during my stay.

Friendly and welcoming staff made us feel valued and welcomed throughout our stay. The convenience of being close to the convention center was a major advantage for us. The modern and impressive lobby area with multiple elevators added to the luxurious experience.

The beds were not as comfortable as expected. We also experienced some issues with the room allocation, as we had requested a specific view but ended up on a lower floor.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. The service was prompt, even when there were long lines during checkout time. The room itself was fabulous - it was extremely quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I also loved the large walk-in shower, it felt very luxurious. Additionally, the fact that they offered free HBO Go on the TV was a great bonus. The hotel's location was also ideal, as it was close to the McCormick Center for my meetings. I found the valet parking convenient, although I could have easily found street parking in the nice neighborhood.

Nothing it was perfect.

As young families, we loved the spacious, clean rooms and comfortable bedding. The city and lake views were outstanding. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. The location was great for South Loop events, the museum campus, and Soldier Field.

Felt like part of the family, no complaints whatsoever.

My recent stay at the Marriott in Chicago was for a sold-out concert and I couldn't have chosen a better hotel. The room was fabulous, with a great bathroom, stunning view, and a super comfortable bed. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, modern, and updated, providing a comfortable and clean environment. The staff were incredibly open and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed without having to ask. The location was also perfect, just a 10-minute walk from Soldier Field. I would definitely stay here again for any future concerts.

I recently stayed at Marriott in Chicago for a Bears game. The hotel is in a perfect location, with great views and comfortable rooms. The staff was exceptional and we even met people from the Bears' organization. The amenities like the flat-screen TV with internet and in-room safe added to our enjoyment. We will definitely stay here again!

amazing view from our cozy room and friendly staff who left us complementary champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries. Great location, close to restaurants and attractions. Worst aspects: the hot water in the shower was a bit temperamental and elevators occasionally took too long. this was a fantastic escape for us and we would definitely come back!

This place was perfectly located so we could easily walk to the nearby Soldier Field and the expo center. The room was spacious with excellent amenities like air conditioning, hair dryer, and ironing facilities. We also appreciated the friendly staff and the opportunity for outdoor activities like tennis and hiking.

The room service at Marriott was exceptional. They made a small mistake with my order, but considering the hotel is new and still training their staff, it was understandable. The staff was friendly and quickly rectified the issue. I had a wonderful stay at Marriott and would recommend it.
