The breakfast at Embassy Suites was fantastic! As adventure travelers, we loved the endless choices and variety of food. From omelettes and biscuits with gravy to pancakes and fruit, there was something for everyone. It was great to have such a diverse menu to fuel our adventures.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing us with a car when our transportation fell through. The daily reception with free snacks and drinks was a pleasant surprise, and the made-to-order omelets and breakfast buffet were delicious. The pet-friendly policy was also a plus, allowing us to bring our dog along. it was an amazing stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is convenient, as it is close to Briley Parkway and the mall in Cool Springs. We felt comfortable and safe in this area and had easy access to the freeway system. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

The long lines for breakfast and evening happy hour were frustrating and somewhat disappointing. The elevators were often crowded and slow, making it difficult to get around the hotel.

Additionally, the hotel had a free shuttle service to nearby attractions within a two-mile radius, making it easy to explore the area without worrying about transportation. Lastly, the hotel provided a great happy hour experience with unlimited drinks, allowing guests to relax and enjoy their stay.

One downside was the cleanliness outside of the rooms. There were garbage bags, room service trays, and other items left in the hallway, which made the hotel appear untidy. Another negative aspect was the limited food options during happy hour, as it consisted of only hummus and pretzels. Additionally, the seating area during breakfast became overcrowded, and the cloth seats were not as clean as expected.

Additionally, there was confusion with the credit card payment, resulting in an overcharge for our room. The lack of room service and the need to constantly request towels were inconveniences. Furthermore, the elevator situation was frustrating, with both elevators on one side of the hotel not functioning and no signs to inform guests of this issue. The absence of a vending machine for food was also a downside.
