I had a fantastic stay here! First of all, the location was perfect as it was close to the amusement parks where we went. Secondly, the room amenities were amazing with everything we needed, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee, and a flat-screen TV. Thirdly, the staff was welcoming and accommodating, always willing to assist with anything we required. Additionally, the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day.

I would highly recommend this place for families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Friendly staff and a convenient location near Busch Gardens. However, there were some issues with the room. I found a rust-colored stain on my white pants after using the ironing board. Additionally, I had to call the front desk twice for towels. The jacuzzi was empty and the pool was dirty. Despite these setbacks, I would still recommend this hotel overall.

The game room machine didn't provide prize as quoted. Front desk did not assist and advised to call 800#. Pool phone was unanswered, delaying lunch order. Prom night had bad language around kids. Food was good, but website was misleading. Room entry attempted by staff. Late check-in, no late check-out, and no access to breakfast or pool. Soda and ice machines were not working on our floor. Staff was unfriendly.

Our stay at Embassy Suites was fantastic! The complementary breakfast was amazing, we particularly enjoyed the made-to-order omelets. Our room was spotless and spacious with a comfortable bed. We appreciate the attention to detail and the friendly staff. we highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, being close to the college and Busch Gardens. It made it easy for us to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. Additionally, the hotel offered two great amenities: a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. This was very useful for storing and heating up food during our city trip. these factors definitely enhanced our stay.

One of the things that I didn't like about the hotel was the outdated decor. the rooms had a 90's vibe and could have used some modernization.
