I recently stayed at Hyatt Place for a family trip and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast options were diverse and delicious. Our rooms were clean and spacious, and we were thrilled to have adjoining rooms for convenience. The hotel had a beautiful and elegant appearance, adding to the overall experience. The indoor pool was a great bonus, as my kids love to swim. our stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was helpful with our parking issue. Good location near Midway Airport for concerts in downtown. Enjoyed the breakfast, pool, and fire pit. Room had blackout drapes and a nice view of the entrance. a smooth vacation experience.

The rooms in the king suite bedroom are well-maintained, with attention to detail in amenities such as a shower, sleeper sofa, and a bath tub. It's great that breakfast is included, saving guests time and money.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Jessica at the front desk who went above and beyond to help me out. The facilities were nice, with a bar, pool, and patio for dining. The free parking was a plus, and the beds and rooms were comfortable and spacious with a nice living room area.

Additionally, on the second day of my stay, my room was not cleaned or stocked, and I had to go to the receptionist to get basic supplies like bed spreads and towels.

I was pleased to find that the room had two beds and a pull-out sofa, providing plenty of room to move around and ample storage space. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, and I found the beds to be extremely comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast offered at this hotel included paper plates, which made for a convenient and hassle-free dining experience.
