We loved the spacious room with plenty of storage and counter space. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were the best we've had in years. The room was almost completely soundproof, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay. The staff was wonderful and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us.

The staff at this Hampton did not provide great customer service when I tried to change my reservation. They did not respond to my inquiries and did not cooperate with my request.

Clean and spacious rooms with an awesome shower. the breakfast offered was great with fresh fruit, yogurt, and delicious sausage patties. the location was excellent, close to the airport and with many good restaurants around the area.

The mattress on the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, causing a restless night's sleep. the pillows were also flat and offered little support.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn and had a great experience. The hotel was conveniently located just a short distance from where I needed to be, which was perfect for attending my son's graduation from Grand Canyon University. Gabriela, the staff member at the front desk, was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or needs I had. She was a great asset to the hotel.

We had a great and easy stay at the Hampton Inn! The front desk staff, especially the woman who worked the afternoon/evening shift, was super helpful with suggestions for eating, transportation, and things to do. The beds were incredibly comfortable and I slept like a baby for three nights. The van drivers were also great, offering suggestions and providing helpful assistance.

Staying here was an awesome experience. The location was ideal for my needs. The staff was very friendly, professional and caring. The room was very clean and spacious and had many amenities that enhanced my comfort, like air conditioning and charging device ports. I enjoyed the breakfast with hot food choices, and appreciated the fact that coffee was always available, no matter the time of day. I also loved the fact that I had access to free parking and free wifi.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. the microwave in our room was not functioning properly, which was frustrating.

We had a wonderful 2-day stay at Hampton Inn - Biltmore for a friend's wedding. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were immaculate. The location was perfect, with shopping and restaurants nearby. The food was fantastic and plentiful, and we really appreciated the amenities. Despite a noisy A/C unit, we had no complaints overall. Special thanks to Art, the shuttle driver, for his exceptional service. A memorable stay indeed!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and the bed and chairs were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection of healthy food, like yogurt and fresh fruit. The staff was very caring and even checked in with me to make sure everything was okay with the room. The location was great for walking around and it had easy access to shopping. I also liked that there was a free shuttle available for local errands.
