At Hotel El Rancho, we got great value for our money with beautiful rooms filled with historical memorabilia and a touch of Hollywood glamour. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

I loved the historic charm and ambiance of the hotel, it really made me feel like I was stepping back in time. The lobby was impressive and full of fascinating history. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. I also enjoyed the lively bar on Cinco de Mayo, it was a fun way to celebrate. I had a great stay and would recommend Hotel El Rancho.

We loved the unique 1950s interior and the photos of old movie stars around the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Despite facing the I-40, our room was surprisingly quiet and the bed and pillows were comfortable. As budget travelers, we appreciate the reasonably priced Native American jewelry available in Gallup.

Best hotel we've ever been to! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The on-site restaurant was convenient and delicious, and the bar was perfect for a nightcap. We loved the cozy fireplace and the fact that it was stoked every half hour. The complimentary postcards with postage and morning coffee were nice touches. We'll definitely be returning next time we're in the area!

The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, with newly renovated bathrooms that were clean and stocked with plenty of towels. the hotel had a charming vintage atmosphere, with western decor and a nice native American shop. the staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating, providing helpful information about the hotel and the area. There was also a cozy bar with delicious margaritas, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The AC in our room was not functioning properly, blowing out warm air and making for an uncomfortable sleep. There were also some noise issues, with the sound of water and heating equipment being audible throughout the night.

We stayed at Hotel El Rancho for a family vacation for 3 nights. The vintage movie star history and western decor added a charming touch. The coffee maker in our room with ceramic mugs was a nice touch. The spacious walk-in tiled shower had great water pressure, and the bathroom was spotless with plenty of plush towels. The huge walk-in closet was an added bonus. It was great to find a pet-friendly hotel, and our pup loved the settee at the foot of the bed. The young woman at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel's ambience was fantastic, with a perfect blend of old-time charm and modern conveniences. The restaurant offered delicious meals at reasonable prices, and the gift shop had a great selection of souvenirs and Native American crafts.
