My stay at the Fairmont Copley Plaza was like stepping into a delightful time machine where every corner whispers tales of elegance. The Gold floor felt like an exclusive club where I was greeted by Niko Della Penna, who made me feel like family from the moment I arrived. With breakfast served like a royal feast and late-night appetizers appearing as if by magic, I couldn't help but feel cherished during my entire stay!

Check-in took a bit long.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff went above and beyond to assist us, and the location was perfect for exploring Boston. Don't miss the Oak Bar for its delightful breakfast options. Pro tip, upgrade your room for complimentary amenities. it's worth it!

Gorgeous historic lobby.

My stay was overshadowed by multiple disappointments. Upon arrival, the room provided was not only dated, but significant maintenance issues persisted, including a cracked sink and a loud, ineffective air conditioning unit. In addition, noise from sirens outside the hotel created a constant disturbance, disrupting my rest throughout my stay. It felt like the property was in desperate need of care and attention.

the rooftop fitness center is great, but security was quite rude and unhelpful.

The location is fantastic, just steps from Copley Square. and you’re near top shops like Burberry and Tiffany's. The honor bar had some delicious hors d'oeuvres. Staff were friendly and welcoming, making it a pleasant stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating during my stay, making me feel valued. I especially enjoyed the lounge with all-day refreshments and the delightful happy hour.

Though the charm is undeniable, I encountered slow service during busy hours and had some miscommunication regarding packages, which definitely dampened my experience.

The historic lobby left me in awe with its gorgeous marble pillars and elegant chandeliers! I loved relaxing in one of the high-backed velvet chairs, just soaking up the atmosphere. The Oak Long Bar & Kitchen served the best duck I've ever had – a true culinary delight!

i was shocked by the rudeness of the valet staff, they seemed more interested in their phones than helping me. and the water running in the shower, seriously? how hard is it to fix that? i expected a complimentary bottle of wine as compensation for this ordeal, but i guess they just forgot i was here or something. absoluteley disappointing!

Had an awesome time exploring the rich history of the place! The staff, especially Melissa at the bar, were super friendly and made the experience even better. Loved the cozy lounge with free drinks all day. Just wish the check-in could’ve gone a little quicker with less waiting.
