We stayed at this wonderful hotel and it was well situated for sightseeing; we were able to walk to all the major landmarks. The staff were extremely friendly and answered our questions in a really nice professional manner; from the valet to the housekeepers, everyone was great. They kindly accommodated our request for early check-in and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed, from the mini-bar to the in-room safe, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries.

The Fairmont Copley Plaza offers impeccable service, outstanding rooms, and a beautiful restaurant with fireplaces and excellent food. The staff is kind and extra helpful. The hotel is sparkling clean and located within walking distance of historical buildings and good restaurants. The housekeepers are superb.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. We also loved being greeted by Carly the resident Labrador in the lobby each day. The hotel itself is stunning, and the bar/restaurant on the first floor was great for late-night drinks and snacks. The breakfast on the 4th floor was a hit, and our room was spacious and comfortable. a wonderful stay.

The value for money was great, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff treated us with kindness and were always helpful. The location was ideal, with shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety or options.

The included breakfast was excellent and the gym was new and fairly large. I appreciated the well-appointed room and the incredible area restaurants. I would have liked a spa for a massage, but overall I had a wonderful stay at the Beantown hotel. I will definitely be back!

I had the best stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly warm and efficient, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, providing a perfect blend of classic detail and modern energy. Plus, the hotel gym was a standout, with its efficient layout and stunning skyline views. The location was also fantastic, offering easy access to great shopping on Newbury Street and being away from the Convention Centre for a more relaxing experience.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

We were offered a free upgrade upon arrival and received a lovely bottle of champagne on ice in our room. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a beautiful marble bath and a king bed. The ventilation system was efficient and easy to use. The location was perfect, right in the middle of all the important sights, with a metro station just one minute away. The staff, especially Jamie MacDougall, were wonderful and provided excellent customer care. We also enjoyed being greeted by Carly the resident Labrador in the lobby each day.

This hotel is well situated for sightseeing, with numerous restaurants and shopping options within easy walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and offer plenty of charging outlets, perfect for a small laptop. The staff are attentive and go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Plus, breakfast is included, always a welcome bonus.

All was well, nothing to complain about.

I recently stayed at Fairmont in Boston for a course and it was my third time staying there. The signature room I had was spacious with a nice view. The staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. The hotel's location was perfect - everything I needed was within walking distance, including shopping malls and restaurants. The only downside was that I had to pay 50% of the highest room rate to extend my stay by 6 hours.

Great service and location! the staff was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the hotel is situated in a prime location, close to major attractions and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing all the comforts we needed for a weekend getaway.

There were a few drawbacks. the temperature control in our room was difficult to regulate, resulting in a drafty and occasionally freezing bathroom.

We were thrilled by the level of attention to detail given by all the staff at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and we were impressed by the hotel facilities, especially the lounge area which had a wonderful atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's location was superb, close to shops, restaurants, and the transportation hub, making it easy for us to explore this city's famous attractions.
