I loved how the resort felt like a tropical getaway. The pools were amazing, with great amenities for families. However, the breakfast buffet was a bit steep at $28. Overall, a wonderful experience we won't forget.

The parking garage is a labyrinth, making it easy to get lost!!! The pool bathrooms could definitely use a serious deep cleaning!!! Shuttle service times are inconvenient, especially for Disney park visits!!!

absolutley beautiful hotel from the outside, but the lazy river pool was dirty, and my room phone was broken. I woudl ve been thrilled with a room upgrade for all the inconvenience, but instead I got nothing, just like my expectations! almost gave it a good review, just couldn’t with all the issues I faced.

We had a fantastic stay in a deluxe king room for three nights, where we really enjoyed the awesome lazy river and took some time to chill in the jacuzzi! The only hiccup was an awkward interaction with a guy trying to pitch us a deal right after check-in, but it didn’t ruin our time at all. Definitely check out the in-room dining for a cozy meal. it was super convenient! 😊

The family room was spacious, with a king bed, bunk beds, and a pull-out couch, allowing plenty of room for everyone. The cleanliness was impressive, and the helpful staff truly elevated our experience—shout-outs to Gabe in valet and Nelson, our bus driver, who provided free water and lollipops for our Disney park days. However, the bar staff was lacking, and the bar itself felt cramped for such a large hotel. Overall, the convenient shuttle service was beneficial, but checking the departure times is crucial to avoid missing your ride.

So the check-in was real awkward because they asked for some deposit which was fine but then it turned out the parking fees were a surprise like a bad joke, self-parking was 30 bucks a night. I mean I didn’t come all this way just to find out my deposit didn’t cover things I thought were included, but at least the view from my room was nice and the hotel itself had its charm.

Wasn’t the cheapest option I’ve ever seen, but for the experience, it was something I could live with.

A Wonderful Family Retreat

We truly enjoyed our stay, especially the relaxing lakeside walks and feeding the Koi. The food options were diverse and delicious. For convenience, I recommend using Uber instead of renting a car due to parking rates. Overall, a memorable experience for our family.
