The staff made us feel like VIPs, especially the hotelmanagers. Immediate hot water and bottled water. Fast WiFi and free parking. Great breakfast buffet, close to mall. Roomy and clean with firm mattresses and plenty of towels.

During my stay, I had the pleasure of unwinding at a bar that could easily rival Cheers! As I sipped my drink, I felt like a character in a TV show—they even had my drink prepared before I even ordered it!

the front office staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. I particularly loved the friendly and helpful bellboy named Luis. the room was very comfortable and the fitness center was excellent. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the mall and other amenities. I highly recommend dining at the Brazil steak place in the mall's dining pavilion.
