i almost thought about giving this hotel a decent review, but then i remembered the deadbolt that was impossible to lock and how the toilet repairs became my responsibility, shameful. i also expected a microwave in my room, but clearly those are for special guests only. not impressed, four points. , looks like i picked the wrong place after all.

The bed and pillows were extremely cozy. The spacious bathroom provided a great experience. The hotel featured a lovely Indian restaurant, which I appreciated. The coffee maker in the room was a nice touch. I enjoyed the pleasant scent throughout the lobby.

I had a wonderful stay and loved the clean, spacious guest room with my comfy bed and coffee maker. The breakfast menu could use more variety, though.

Loved the security vibe, had to use room key for floors. The shower gel and shampoo were generous—made my dreary day so much brighter! Staff were super chommies and made me feel right at home. Lobby had this nice scent that just made everything feel chill.

It was just a fine choice for a weekend outing in Des Moines with value for money. The on-site restaurant served surprisingly good food at odd hours. Make sure to call for the shuttle pickup using the courtesy phone at the airport.

Fab facilities with comfy rooms and a lovely bar! The shuttle was top-notch, zooming us to the airport without a hitch.

But good gracious, my shower was lukewarm and the walls were so thin, I almost joined my neighbors' convo!

Location is great if ur near the airport. the shuttle service is really useful n friendly. rooms are super clean n comfy. There's a 24/7 gym for late-night workouts. the on-site restaurant has some amazin food, and the rooftop pool is a chill spot to relax after a long trip!

but the guy at the front desk in the mornin was kinda rude, and it took way too long to get our shuttle to the airport. not cool, especially when we had an early flight!

The hotel's lobby had a pleasant scent, enhancing the overall atmosphere. However, the shuttle service from the airport was slow, taking over an hour at night. Also, it would have been nice to have 24-hour coffee and tea availability in the lobby. While the restaurant offered excellent meals, its limited hours were a minor drawback.
