My stay at Four Points by Sheraton Seattle Airport South felt like finding the perfect pair of socks, warm, cozy, and just right! The corner suite I was upgraded to was so spacious it could double as a yoga studio. The hotel's recent remodel gave everything a fresh, zesty vibe—like a citrus-scented room spray for your senses. To top it off, the shuttle to the airport was as punctual as your morning coffee on a Monday, perfect for my early flight!

The bed and pillows were extremely cozy. The spacious bathroom provided a great experience. The hotel featured a lovely Indian restaurant, which I appreciated. The coffee maker in the room was a nice touch. I enjoyed the pleasant scent throughout the lobby.

The hotel's proximity to public transport is a major win, with a light rail station nearby if you're up for a brisk walk or a quick drive. Rooms score points for cleanliness and quietness, thanks to good soundproofing and functional amenities like a coffee maker and nice toiletries.

However, room configurations can throw you off, with some guests confused by unusual numbering systems that make it hard to find your room. Issues with climate control cropped up, as guests reported trouble with heating and air conditioning, which isn't ideal after a long flight. The shuttle service fell short of expectations, with reports of significant delays that could leave you stranded, not to mention the lack of daily housekeeping that left some staying in less-than-ideal conditions. Additionally, the hotel's pantry felt poorly stocked and inconveniently located, making late-night snack runs a hassle. Lastly, some rooms had lingering odors, like a fridge that could use a thorough clean-up, which can put a damper on your stay.

Very nice facilities with spacious rooms. I appreciated the generous toiletries in the bathroom. The lobby's pleasant scent added to the overall experience. The on-site restaurant served great food. Shuttle service was excellent and accommodating.

Loved the security vibe, had to use room key for floors. The shower gel and shampoo were generous—made my dreary day so much brighter! Staff were super chommies and made me feel right at home. Lobby had this nice scent that just made everything feel chill.

Fab facilities with comfy rooms and a lovely bar! The shuttle was top-notch, zooming us to the airport without a hitch.

But good gracious, my shower was lukewarm and the walls were so thin, I almost joined my neighbors' convo!

Location is great if ur near the airport. the shuttle service is really useful n friendly. rooms are super clean n comfy. There's a 24/7 gym for late-night workouts. the on-site restaurant has some amazin food, and the rooftop pool is a chill spot to relax after a long trip!

but the guy at the front desk in the mornin was kinda rude, and it took way too long to get our shuttle to the airport. not cool, especially when we had an early flight!
