I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The location was fantastic, with plenty of bars and nightlife options within walking distance in the downtown area. I also appreciated the coffee shop on-site, perfect for a quick pick-me-up in the morning. The room amenities were great, including ironing facilities and a comfortable sitting area. The bed was cozy, and I loved the fact that the room had both heating and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay no matter the weather. The staff were really helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The in-room safe provided peace of mind for storing my valuables, and the hair dryer in the bathroom was a nice touch. this place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Being able to walk to my destinations was a major advantage.

There were a few negative aspects that affected my experience. the hotel had a noticeable smell and some rooms had issues with bugs entering through gaps in the doors.

We stayed at Graduate for the Athens Twilight Criterium, and it was the perfect location within walking distance. The 24/7 front desk staff was friendly and the fake student ID cards as room keys were a fun touch. The retro towny furniture, blackboard wall, arcade game machine, and vintage records in the room added a unique artistic sense. The free shuttle and bike rental made exploring easy, and the concert hall and bar next to the check-in lobby were impressive. The attention to detail in the furnishings and decor was stupefying. wow!

Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, as it was downtown and close to the university. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I'll highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a great charm with beautifully designed buildings and retro decor in the rooms. The location was perfect, close to downtown Athens and just a $2 Uber ride back. There was a wedding and a small concert taking place, which added to the lively atmosphere. The concert venue, Foundry, had delicious food, great service, and an excellent view of the show.

Felt really welcomed, nothing was too much trouble.
