Location doesn't get better than this. Right in the airport, with rooms overlooking the runway. Straight to the terminal with no drama - as reported by other guests. Rooms are clean, modern, and well-appointed, with great room-darkening shades. Restaurant food is delicious. Additional amenities include a year-round rooftop pool and an excellent fitness center.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Dallas for a conference. The check-in and check-out staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even walked me through setting up the TV and AC controls through my phone. The valet crew, Hillo and Ahmed, were outstanding. In-house dining with Deborah was exceptional, especially when I fell ill during my stay. Deborah took care of me like family, ensuring I had everything I needed to rest well.
