this hotel is super convenient for layovers, like seriously a hidden gem! the rooms are spacious n comfy, felt like i was on clouds. staff were real friendly, even gave me free water at check-in which was nice. the food at the restaurant was amazin, especially the vegan options. plus, the place was really clean n quiet despite being next to the airport.

but man, the elevator noise was pretty annoying and the wifi was kinda slow. also, no free breakfast which was a bummer.

directions to the hotel are just abysmal—i mean, who thought that bus outside the terminal was a good idea? ordered room service and the caesar salad was hardly edible, what a disappointment! for the price i've paid, i expected at least some kind of complimentary snack, but guess that’s too much to ask. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Exceptionally awesome check-in with Alexia. My room was very quiet with a great view on the runway. The minibar and coffee-maker were a nice touch. I appreciated the option for a kettle upon request. It's super easy to leave luggage while exploring Dallas.
