The cleanliness was impeccable, everything looked brand new. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious rooms and updated kitchens. The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was close to Central Park and Broadway, and easily accessible to other neighborhoods like the lower East Side. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing a warm welcome and going above and beyond to assist with any needs.

We had an amazing stay at Kimberly! the staff was incredibly courteous and went out of their way to provide outstanding service. the lobby is elegant and the location is excellent and convenient. Our oversized and well-appointed room was a luxurious experience, with a comfortable bed and a powerful shower with lots of hot water. the toiletries provided were from L'Occitane, including a pleasant surprise of mouthwash. the on-site restaurant served one of the best dinners we had in the city. this was the best hotel experience we've ever had in the city.

My partner and I recently stayed at The Kimberly for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Jorge at the front desk. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The Bistango restaurant had the most delicious cheesecake in the city. The hotel's rooftop bar offered stunning views of the Chrysler Building. it was a gem of a hotel and we can't wait to stay there again.

As a solo traveler, I was excited to explore the city and chose a hotel that promised a convenient location. From the moment I arrived, I felt like a queen as the valet-parking area greeted me warmly. The hotel's central location made it easy for me to visit all the attractions that New York has to offer. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed that provided a restful sleep after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was clean and stocked with all the necessary amenities. The friendly and professional staff made sure that I had everything I needed during my stay. One highlight of my experience was the breakfast served in the penthouse on the 30th floor, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. It was the perfect way to start my day.

The only downside I encountered was that some of the furniture in the room was in need of replacement. One of the control knobs in the bathroom fell off the wall, which was a bit inconvenient.

The free coffee, fruit, and pastries in the penthouse area were a pleasant surprise. The door greeters always had big happy smiles and made us feel valued.

We stayed at this venue and it was fantastic! The staff were excellent, from the doorman to reception to the concierge, everyone was committed to great customer service. The location was perfect, right in midtown and close to everything. The room amenities were great; we had ironing facilities, air conditioning for those hot days, and a mini-bar for late night snacks. The bar/lounge area was a great place to relax after a long day and the staff behind the bar were always up for a chat.

I had the most wonderful stay at a luxurious hotel near Grand Central Station. the rooms were perfect for my family, with adjoining rooms that made it convenient for us. We enjoyed evening drinks at the Penthouse bar and had a delicious buffet breakfast with a stunning view. the staff were welcoming and friendly, and you could tell they were proud of their hotel. the tub and rainshower in my suite were a luxurious experience, and the bed was fantastic. I highly recommend staying at Kimberly for a truly luxurious experience.

This place is amazing! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even surprised my son with birthday wishes and decorated our suite for Christmas. The spacious two-bedroom suite with a common living room and kitchenette was perfect for our family. The location is great and offers a bonus view of the Chrysler Building. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities like a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster. The bathroom had a lovely Art Deco design and a great overhead shower. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and the warm evening atmosphere. The staff, except for those at the rooftop bar, were friendly and helpful, especially the guys at the door. From check-in to check-out, the staff made us feel welcome, with special mention to Jorge at the front desk.

The suite I stayed in was absolutely wonderful. It had a living room, kitchen, makeup area, and even a bar. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view was great. I also loved the fact that the hotel had a breakfast buffet on the penthouse level, which was delicious. The staff was amazing and very attentive to my needs.

I couldn't find any negative aspects to my stay at this hotel. It was a perfect experience overall.
