Great value for the money. the room was comfortable and the location was superb. Staff was fantastic and very accommodating. Cons: Breakfast delights if options were expanded.

I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the beach. the view was breathtaking, and the proximity to the beach made my stay enjoyable. the staff members were friendly and accommodating. However, the outdated room decor and musty smell were minor drawbacks. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel for a beachfront getaway.

I especially appreciated the complimentary beach chairs and cabanas, perfect for a relaxing day by the ocean.

While my overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. the bathroom could use a bit more attention in terms of cleaning to remove any rust or wear.

Grand Shores West offers a prime location right on the beautiful sandy beach, providing immediate ocean access. the rooms are clean, some with kitchen facilities, and the staff is friendly, accommodating early check, ins. Free parking is also available, contributing to a hassle, free stay.

The beach being right there was amazing, so close, you could practically touch it in seconds! the staff, especially Shannon, was super friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Loved having kayaks and paddleboards available for free , made our stay so much more exciting!

Wish the hotel was more up to date , the rooms felt a bit worn out and outdated. Also, the noise from the neighbors kept us up until late at night, thin walls didn't help.

We stayed at GSW for a week for a family vacation. the sense of community is incredible with families returning year after year. the location is superb, offering a range of outdoor activities including a pool, hot tub, beach, volleyball. the recent renovations truly enhanced our stay with modern amenities and a refreshed look. the staff members are exceptional, providing top-notch service throughout our visit.

At my favorite spot, I feel at home. First stay, staff helped with bags. Place suits me, has all I need: Free Wi-Fi, outdoor pool, private beach, and sun loungers. Returning for holidays.
