We had a fantastic time staying at this place. The location was ideal, being near the beach, restaurants, and the golf course. The hotel itself offered so many amenities and services, including a hot tub on the property. It was great to relax in the hot tub and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. We also loved the fact that there was a little bar near the hot tub, so we could enjoy a drink while soaking. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Caroline when we checked in after a long flight. She made us feel welcome and ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities, a balcony, and a sitting area. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, as it allowed us to stay connected during our stay.

The hotel comes highly recommended to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The resort I stayed at was located on Kaanapali bay which had plenty of beach activities. Black Rock beach in front of the nearby Sheraton resort provided great snorkeling. The resort was right on the beach walk with stunning views. The room was well-appointed, comfortable, and clean with a beautiful bathroom. The service was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and well-priced. The resort had multiple large and clean pools with lots of seating options and amenities like hot tubs and swim-up bars.

I found that the resort lacked some of the meticulous care and attention to detail of other nearby higher-end resorts.

The value for the money was excellent, with a room that had a lovely view and efficient size. The location couldn't have been better, within walking distance to everything and with a shuttle provided by the hotel. The staff treated us like VIPs, giving us personal attention and providing maps and recommendations to make our stay perfect.

Just wish the breakfast offerings had more variety to choose from.

Liked the location of the hotel right on the beach and next to a convenient shopping village. The concierge desk provided great recommendations and took care of all our trips. The Luau at the hotel was enjoyable with good food, drinks, and entertainment. Despite the ongoing renovations, the room was recently updated and had a beautiful ocean view. our stay went well, and I would consider staying here again once the renovations are completed.

Disliked the rude staff at the front desk who did not offer any assistance when we had issues with our credit card. Extensive renovations caused two out of the five pools to be closed during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and the staff provided great hospitality. We were able to use a hospitality suite to shower before our late flight. The pools were clean and the rooms spacious. The staff were friendly and we loved the fantastic poolside service and bars. The highlight of our stay was the beach bar. We also enjoyed the hotel's cleanliness, the complimentary activities for our son, and the beautiful grounds. The hotel is conveniently located down the beach from the Villas and only a short drive to the nearby Village shopping center for restaurants.

I recently stayed at The Westin in Ka'Anapali for a relaxing beach vacation. The location was perfect, with restaurants, shops, and the beach right outside the door. The spacious room and beautiful bathroom were exactly what I was looking for. Free parking was a bonus, even though the spaces were a bit tight. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the hotel was clean with great housekeeping. a wonderful stay.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel for five nights and had an excellent time with my fiancé. The location on the beach was perfect, allowing us to step directly onto the sand and enjoy the beautiful coast. The resort grounds were well-maintained and offered a variety of amenities, including a pool area with waterslides and caves that the kids would love. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing top-notch service throughout our stay.

Great location near Whaler's Village and a beautiful beach with activities. Resort grounds have great amenities for all ages. Live music and stunning sunsets every night. Beautiful Mountain Views from comfortable rooms. Would choose this area over Wailea for a more lively experience.

Partial ocean view and swift elevators were the best aspects of our stay. The beachfront access and proximity to key locations were also advantages that we enjoyed.

The lack of shaded areas and expensive charges for cabanas and beach umbrellas were major downsides. The rude and disinterested concierge was another negative aspect of our experience.
