Some employees were a bit rude, and there wasn't an option for a late check-out. Prices were on the higher side, and some amenities could be improved, like more toddler-friendly areas.

Our family getaway at Great Wolf Lodge was fantastic! We stayed for a weekend and the water slides and activities kept our kids entertained. the friendly staff ensured our comfort, and the clean rooms were a delight. We appreciated the early check-in option and the easy check-out process. the on-site food was satisfactory, and the convenient access to the water park even on the day of departure added value to our stay.

Our toddler had a blast in the splash pad, perfect for bigger kids. Pricey but worth it. Convenience of attaching credit card to wristband would have been helpful. Overall, a fun family experience.
