La pulizia impeccabile dell'hotel e delle sue aree comuni è stata davvero apprezzata. Le camere erano spaziose, belle e soprattutto pulitissime. Il centro benessere era tra i più belli che abbia mai visto, con una varietà di servizi tra cui sauna finlandese, bagno turco e una bellissima piscina riscaldata. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Anche la colazione era molto varia e deliziosa.

Posso dire onestamente che non c'è stato niente che non mi sia piaciuto.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants and businesses nearby. It was perfect for my business trip purposes as it was convenient to all the main attractions in the area. The service at this place was top-notch - the staff, from the front desk to the breakfast staff, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The manager and a young man named Marion were especially amazing, remembering my name and going above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options and the pool was a great place to relax. The bed and pillows were so soft and comfortable, and the bar had a great selection of drinks. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, service, and amenities!

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable, with soft beds and pillows that made me feel right at home. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and businesses. But the best part was the staff. They treated me like a valued guest from the moment I checked in. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially the manager Kenya and the check-in desk attendant Marion. They really know how to take care of their guests.

The only thing that could make the breakfast offerings better is if they included a complimentary continental breakfast. Most hotels I've stayed at offer some kind of breakfast, even if it's just a simple one.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Greenville, I was impressed with the high level of service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and attentive staff made me feel welcome and valued. They went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met throughout my stay. The hotel itself was in a great location, conveniently situated near many restaurants and businesses. The property was beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of outdoor walking and jogging areas. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, allowing me to relax and have a peaceful stay. Additionally, the hotel had a great concierge level, which added an extra touch of luxury to my experience.

The staff members, both at the front desk and in the restaurant, were welcoming and friendly. The front desk staff were outstanding - friendly, efficient, and even upgraded us to a better room without us having to ask. The room itself was very clean, with a comfy bed and good shower pressure. Another plus was the great view from the backside of the hotel.

The lobby had a very strong and offensive perfume smell, which was quite overwhelming. Additionally, the room service options were limited and inconsistent in terms of quality.

The rooms were well-maintained, adjoining rooms were available for my granddaughter and me. The bar and restaurant served great food, and the pool was refreshing. Special thanks to Kenya for her exceptional service and managing our accommodations!
