The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach with stunning views of the ocean. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We also enjoyed the complimentary yoga classes offered at the hotel, a great way to start the day.

We were disappointed with our room. It was noisy, with a lot of street and kitchen noise that disturbed our sleep.

The hotel had amazing beach facilities and a wonderful breakfast.

No designated area to hang wet towels or swimwear.

My xmas stay was enjoyable with amazing staff who provided great service. the room was spacious with comfortable furniture, and the private pool was a perfect spot to relax. Another positive aspect was the complimentary breakfast, which had a great variety of hot and cold dishes, fruits, and drinks.

The beach was littered with seaweed, making it impossible to swim. the location was a bit far from the town, making it difficult to go out at night due to the lack of street lights.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious and relaxing environment at the hotel. The staff was exceptional, and the variety of amenities and activities provided a memorable experience.

There were a few issues that affected our experience. the room we were given was not what we had booked, and it was not located near the ocean as we had paid for.

We had an amazing time at Be Tulum! Our honeymoon stay was unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even surprising us with a bottle of champagne and balloons for my partner's birthday. The hotel's architecture is stunning, and our suite was the most beautiful and luxurious we have ever stayed in. The beach setup was fantastic, and the complimentary breakfast was absolutely divine. We also loved the shared rooftop with its own pool and the breathtaking oceanfront view from our suite. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at Be Tulum! I visited in November for a relaxing getaway and it was perfect. The location is amazing, nestled in a jungle right on the stunning beaches. The ocean was warm and seaweed-free. The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere, with tiki torches lighting the paths at night. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The weather was great, despite the weather app's predictions. The free breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options. The cocktails were fresh and tasty. I loved everything about Be Tulum!
