This hotel is perfectly situated in a convenient area to many locations we visited. Being right across the street from the convention center was incredibly convenient for attending our event. Additionally, the staff here goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, providing excellent service and attention to detail. The rooms are well-appointed, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light, and the inclusion of a kitchenette was a great bonus. Plus, the breakfast options were impressive, with gluten-free choices included, catering to all dietary needs.

We stayed here and loved how convenient it was to get around to different parts of the city. The location of this place was perfect. We were close to all the districts we wanted to explore. The room was really nice and had great amenities. We enjoyed all the things they offered like air conditioning, mini bar, and a terrace. We also loved the restaurant and breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs.

This place is great for families and they have a lot of different options for activities. The staff at the reception desk was a bit slow and unhelpful, but we still would recommend this hotel.

One small issue was the dirty closet.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the warehouse district, just next to the convention center. This made it very convenient for us as we had a multi-day convention to attend. The surrounding area is full of great small restaurants, and we felt safe and comfortable walking around. The beds in the hotel were super comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The staff at the front desk were polite and helpful, despite being busy during Mardi Gras. The bar and breakfast areas were also nicely decorated, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere.

The only downside we experienced was that the swimming pool was not open during our stay. Additionally, it would have been helpful to know in advance that the breakfast was not available, so we could have made an informed decision about the price.

Parking and transportation options were available, making it convenient for our stay.
