We recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Marylebone, surrounded by great restaurants and just a short walk from the bustling shopping streets. The Brasserie in the hotel was a fantastic spot for meals, where the attentive staff catered to our every need. The room we stayed in was cozy and comfortable, with clean facilities and a lovely view of the city. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start our day off right.

One downside we experienced during our stay was that the bathroom was a bit small and lacked a practical shower device, which made it slightly inconvenient. However, this was a minor inconvenience overall, considering the hotel's many positives.

The bed was super comfy and the room was clean. The reception staff gave us a warm welcome and even upgraded our room. The room was well equipped with a minibar and Nespresso machine, and the complimentary drink vouchers were a nice touch. The staff was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. We will definitely return and thoroughly recommend it.

The staff were super friendly and supportive, providing a personal touch by giving a teddy bear to our daughter and a plaster when she hurt herself. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to numerous eateries and shops while still enjoying a quiet setting. The bedroom was very comfortable and furnished to a high standard. Moreover, the receptionist surprised us by reducing our bill when they learned our daughter ended up sleeping in our bed instead of the extra one provided.
