I recently stayed at Springhill Suites for a family trip. The room was spacious enough for all five of us, with plenty of USB ports for our devices. I loved that we could use our own Netflix account on the TV. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the separate restroom from the shower area prevented overcrowding. The breakfast had a good variety of options, including oatmeal, hard-boiled eggs, pastries, fruit, and yogurt. The best part, however, was the exceptional attitude of the staff throughout our stay. it was a great experience.

I had a fantastic stay! The rooms were large, modern, and had a great layout with a separate shower and toilet. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, allowing me to check in early. The hotel was very clean, both inside and outside. The breakfast had plenty of food and lasted until 10 am, so there was no rushing. The location was close to everything in the city.

The location of the hotel was great for our visit to Tallahassee. It was conveniently located near the area we needed to be in, which made getting around much easier. Another positive aspect was the friendly and courteous staff. They were always polite and helpful whenever we had any questions or needed assistance. Plus, the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice convenience.

On the downside, the hotel was quite expensive and we felt it was overpriced for what was offered. Additionally, the breakfast area seemed to run out of food often and it wasn't properly replenished.

As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed the pleasant and modern lobby of Springhill Suites. The variety at the breakfast bar, especially the waffles, made my mornings delightful. The clean and well-maintained bathroom was a great bonus. The staff was nice and professional, always responsive to my needs.

The breakfast options offered were disappointing, as there was only granola bars and cereal with no milk available. Also, the pool was closed and appeared to have not been cleaned for a long time. On top of that, the front desk staff made a mistake and checked me out of the hotel without my knowledge, causing me to argue to keep the same rate when I wanted to book back in. I was not satisfied with my stay at this hotel.
